Beskrivning
The goal of this mod is to make unusual location effects less tied to the location they spawn in.

Updated Effects:
  • Abandoned Forge of Hashut, A Dark Gift, and Ogre Mercenary Camp provide their bonus to all of your forces factionwide at 50% strength instead of just units recruited in that province.
  • Cult of Pleasure provides experience to all of your characters and units factionwide at 50% strength instead of just those currently in that region.
  • Assassin's Hideout, Grail Knight Grave, and Carnival of Nurgle can now bestow their respective traits to any character in your faction as well as foreign characters in that region.
  • Beached Black Ark provides experience to all local characters and all characters factionwide.

Upcoming:
  • factionwide recruitment trigger for A Dark Gift, maybe at reduced chance
  • MCT setting to reduce trait gain chances
  • Fix localization for affected event-related building effects

Submod(s):

Compatibility:
  • This mod is partially save compatible. Building effects can be updated mid-campaign but the listener scripts used for gaining traits (and the Beached Black Ark's 5000 xp) are created at campaign start so updates/subscribing/unsubscribing only affects future campaigns.
  • Totally compatible with More Frequent Unusual Locations, I even used it for testing.

It was working fine for me with my mod list, you may have a conflict.

@flecha, it might be, I've never used it. Their documentation doesn't seem to mention it but you'd need to confirm with the author.

this seems to be included already in the Nuke's Damned Nations mod?

I nerfed the buildings by 50%, I uploaded another mod with full strength buildings that reverts this change.

This mod is 100% compatible with Alex Zhao's mod, in fact I used it to make testing this much faster.
