This is my first mod for X4 please report any issues :)

This mod ATM adds more turrets with custom sounds, icons(weapon type only) and custom effects meant to be used with Variety and Rebalance Overhaul VRO mod
for those who like The expanse/Stargate/Battlestar Galactica space combat vibes .

Mod contents as v1.0:

Supported Languajes: English, names and encyclopedia entries should be in english on al languajes.


Artillery turrets may look too OP on the encyclopedia but they are very nerfed in real combat and in cost/reload speed. (still doing balance gameplay but should be ok atm)

AI DOES NOT USE THESE WEAPONS (or at least they should,i havent seen them using them on my save)

all turrets require Military Equipment License of Terran and Argon Fed.

Usable by XL,L and M ships on M standard turret slots.
(sold by Terran and Argon)

-25mm AP Turret
Usable by XL,L and M ships on M standard turret slots.
(only sold by Terran)

-25mm EMP Turret
Usable by XL,L and M ships on M standard turret slots.

-Nuclear artillery
Usable by XL on L standard turret slots.
(sold by Terran and Argon)
Long range flak weapon -*very slow speed proyectile*-*Good VS L,XL and STATIONS*-*can damage friendly ships on detonation area*-*slow reload*-*very expensive*-*full dmg only on direct hit*

-EMP artillery
Usable by XL on L High energy turret slots.
(only sold by Terran)

-Railgun "Devastator" Artillery
Usable by XL on L High energy turret slots.
(only sold by Terran)
*Good VS L,XL,STATIONS*-*high speed proyectile*-*very slow firerate, slow reload ,small clip size, extremely high damage, ignores shields*-*very expensive*


***Some turrets like GAU-125 Ballistic appear twice in representative blueprint menu but they are not duplicated,one its for XL,L ships m slots, and the other for M ships turret slot.***


-Installation:

-Unrar and drop the More_Weapons_VRO folder into X4 Foundations\extensions and activate it on the extensions menu ingame
Safe to use on ongoing saves.
safe to remove (better to unequip ships using these turrets first)
