minor fix updated:

-Fixed error in localization that caused nuclear artillery and EMP artillery to be named nuclear artillery in representative BP menu

Remember: Some turrets like GAU-125 Ballistic appear twice in representative blueprint menu but they are not duplicated,one its for XL,L ships m slots, and the other for M ships turret slot.

The Terren Nuclear artillery has the same chassis as the Argon variant.
