My second reskin, now reimagining the Combine... wow


THIS MOD CURRENTLY REPLACES:

- Metrocops
- City Scanners
- Combine Soldiers
[Regular, Shotgunner, Prison, Elite, Stripped]
- Zombine

there's already a mod that gives npcs 5 fingers that works with reskins so I don't think 5 fingers would be necessary, eyes that turn off would be nice though (also a personal request, but when they turn off could you make them keep their colour or at least be gray? I think that flat black lenses look a bit odd)

@ambient_npc_manager once i figured out how the eyes turning off after ragdolling stuff works, i'll implement it here
