Tabletop Caps: Additional points for Legendary Lords [submod] [6.2]

An updated version of NeVerForEver's mod, found here. Here's the description from the original mod.

"Super simple submod that gives all legendary lords (WH1-WH3) +1 rare points and +2 special points so their armies are a bit more 'legendary'. Based on DrunkFlamingo's Tabletop Caps mod - does not affect regular lords, affect both AI and player.
Requires DrunkFlamingo's Tabletop Caps, obviously. Made this mod for myself but thought I'd share it out - should be compatible with anything."

This one requires Groove Wizards Tabletop Caps: Reborn.
