LWOTC & RPGO Compatibility Foundation

Beskrivning
This mod is intended as a foundation for LWOTC & RPGO balance and functionality. This mod enables the basic functionalities that are broken by RPGO, and introduces balance changes that brings RPGO as close to LWOTC as possible.

Disclaimer:
This works in itself, but because of the AP gain changes, skills need to be adjusted manually, which i did in the other mod.

This mod will not handle super soldier specializations, even for functionality. These will/could be added by separate modules either by me, or someone else.

Other mods that are not handled by this foundation will/could be added separately as well (eg: Shiv).

If you install this mod while running a campaign, you'll need to use the command RPGO_RebuildSelectedSoldier otherwise the perk changes won't effect already promoted soldiers.

Requirements:
-Stated mods are hard requirements, except LWOTC & RPGO Compatibility Skill Patch

Soft Requirements:
-LWOTC & RPGO Compatibility Skill Patch

Compatibility:
-Incompatible with RPGO & LWOTC - Compatibility and Balance Patch
-Incompatible with LWOTC fused with RPGO (this mod is integrated in the Skill Patch)
-Soft incompatibility with every specialization mod that's not handled currently or in the future. (This is explained in the disclaimer section)

Changes to game mechanics:
-Removed faster healing speed
-Removed LWOTC classes
-For the intended experience please disable the RPGO weapon and attachment changes that are highlighted in the pictures.

AP:
-Restored AP gain.
-Changed Max AP gain to 10 points per mission.
-Killing a Chosen now grants 10 points.
-Normalized AP, RPGO soldiers now have the LWOTC AP ranges. (Hero classes still gain more points because they are still on the old system)

XP:
-Changed RPGO XP gain values to LWOTC XP gain values.

Stats (RPGO):
-Removed RPGO stat scaling on rank up. Now it's completely up to you how you assign the stats to every character.
-Changed stat costs for RPGO.
-Changed aptitude stat bonuses

Max stat points at aptitudes:
-Mortal -> 136
-Good Genes -> 144
-Peak Human -> 152
-Super Human -> 160
-Godlike -> 168

Skills: (RPGO)
-Training Facility is required to learn more skills from the same rank
-First skill on each rank up costs 0.
-Removed Traits and Innate aptitudes that do not function well with LWOTC or are redundant (eg: damn good ground)

Weapon changes:
SMG
-Can now be equipped by RPGO soldiers.

Vektor Rifle:
-Removed StealthOverhaul mechanic.

Gremlin:
-Normalized hack stat boost.

Cannon:
-Removed mobility/aim cap.
-Removed extra magazine size and damage.

Sword:
-Removed Slash (SwordSlice).

Knife:
-Enabled base functionality (Knife Fighter)

Sawed Off:
-Enabled base functionality (Point Blank, Both Barrels)

Holotargeter:
-Enabled base functionality (Holotarget)

Arcthrower
-Enabled base functionality (Arc Thrower stun)

Sniper Rifle:
-Squad sight is base kit.

Grenades:
-Normalized the radius.

Grenade Launcher:
-Normalized the radius.

Autopistol:
-Removed extra crit chance
-Spray ability is added separately

Shotgun:
-Removed extra aim/crit bonus.

Throwing Knife:
-Can now be equipped by RPGO soldiers.
-Conventional tier is now Infinite (might not need this)

Mods:
-Handles individual buildability for Stim guns (Pharmacist), Tanklin (Tank), Glaives (Glaive weapon mod)

Weapon upgrades:
-Re enabled and lowered their spawn chance.

RPGO patched the grenade launchers for advent units, this caused them to break, and engineers could no longer launch grenades, this has been fixed
