Mods are usually organized properly by default due to how their files are named. Use the community mod manager if ever in doubt
There's some things I'll need to polish up, Tullaris for example had his scrap upgrade mechanic break because the base mechanic in SFO was changed. Much bigger update is in the works, finally bringing this thing out of beta. Plan is to focus on this as soon as I'm off work and can put all my energy into it.
