Description
This collection includes all Tsukuba Express rolling stock.

Tsukuba Express is a commuter line in the Kantō region of Japan, stretching 58.3km from Akihabara Station in Tokyo to Tsukuba Station in Ibaraki Prefecture, with 20 stations. The line was constructed through the late 90s and was scheduled to open in 2000, but opened in 2005 due to construction delays. The plan originally called for the railway to be built between Tokyo Station and Moriya Station, but it was shortened at the southern end to Akihabara Station due to budget restrictions. However, the government of Ibaraki Prefecture successfully pressured for the northern terminus to be extended to Tsukuba Station. Due to the presence of the Japan Meteorological Agency's geomagnetic lab in the region, the section north of Moriya station was electrified at 20 kV AC, as opposed to the 1,500 V DC used on the rest of the line. Tsukuba Express is owned and operated by the Metropolitan Intercity Railway Company, a third sector company funded by various levels of government and private investors. All local municipalities serve by the railway has a stake in the company, as well as both the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Ibaraki Prefecture. The railway itself runs entirely on elevated track and has no level crossings, it is also one of the few commuter lines in Greater Tokyo capable of operating at 130km/h. There are 4 service levels on the line (local, sub rapid, rapid, and commuter rapid), which takes 45-57 minutes to traverse the entire line. Tsukuba Express carried an average of 395,000 passengers daily pre-pandemic, and had a congestion rate of 171% on the busiest section.

All my workshop mods feature:

-Dedicated models
-Accurate specifications*
-Multiple formations**
-Easily ported to any part of the world

Crush capacity is used for all trains that allow standing passengers, as the design capacity of trains published by companies in Japan do not reflect actual operating conditions and are not suited for gameplay purposes. Capacity will be calculated using the following method, taking into account the seating layout and role of the train:

Urban Trains:
Long: 200% (175% for vehicles below 2.5m in width)
Semi-cross: 175%
Cross: 150%

Regional Trains & All Trams:
Long: 175% standing
Semi-cross: 175% standing
Cross: 150% standing

*Some data may be estimates if the accurate value could not be found despite thorough research, these typically includes situations such as non-distinction between normal and emergency deceleration values, or when the empty mass of a formation is given but not for individual cars.
**For types with only 1 real-world operational formation, realistic hypothetical formations are included.

Any feedback/suggestions/requests are welcome, you can reach me on the game's official discord, or just leave a comment on the mod in question.
