[GIC] Galaxy in Conflict Reskin patch

I’d like to do a full mod update, but since I don’t play the game much these days because of Ph.D. dissertation, I’ll focus on fixing and updating the sprites for the items and monsters I get reports about first.
First, I’ve added the basic 4.0 race sprites. The default GIC 4.0 human race and the Tengu work fine.

The GIC's species designs are unique and attractive, but they look quite different from the cutebound-based design mod. So if you visit planets in different mods planet as GIC character, or visit a gic planet as a non gic character, there's might be a awkwardness.

so I made this mod little by little from few month ago.

This mod will change a GIC species head and most of GIC bosses, monsters, equipment(head), furniture, objects designs into Cute-bound style designs.

This mod are not completed. The vast majority of Floran-based monsters and some of quest-line mini-boss have not yet been changed.

but those things will be revised slowly.



Some monsters, NPC, Bosses designs are have been re-colored with based on the Touhou(Anime, Game series)

In theory, this mode will compatible with any mode. It just changes the GIC's enemies and bosses, furniture, and npc to the cutebound
