Will look into it soon, maybe it's easier to do now
Examples of talents that do not work: Helmsman (cpt), Unlimited Power, Buzzin (eng), Engine engineer (mech), Final touch (quart).
I also assume that talents that affect the sale price don't work, but I haven't checked for sure. I was able to fix this (locally) by changing the effect IDs to vanilla. Everything worked, but now the bonuses from the same talents stack, I couldn't do it better.
