Notable changes:
=Added Fabricator Access PDA (recipe unlocked by Quartermaster)
=Removed decreased vitality for Quartermaster
=Redone the whole meat cleaver system for the medic from the base, now includes husk species/whatever you want to call those : )
=Buffed Makeshift Pistols fire rate, accuracy and reduced dual wield penalties greatly
=Buffed Swole and Example of Health due to the (silent?) removal of increased vitality that used to be given by default to Medical Doctors and Security Officers
=Buffed some Quartermaster, Mechanic and Engineer talents
=Fixed bots not caring about White Phosphorus due to the Vanilla treatment mechanics - if it's not of 10 strength then bots wouldn't have healed it and it still did damage

Smaller changes:
=Lowered Flamers chance to start fires with the Incendium Tank
=Safety Harness can now fit in your hotbar (again) - reason: body armor should be more punishing to carry around than this logistics item
=Moved around some of the Quartermaster talents
= >:) fixed clown and cultist clothes fitting in the hotbar
=Meat Cleaver when hitting robots gives Alien Plate instead of Alien Circuitry
