Kuvaus
What is this?
This mod is a simple OPTC edit mod that has been part of my local tweaks for well over a year!
I've extracted it and made public under a request from MrCloista, Stukov and XpanD.

It allows you to easily set by config roughly where a perk should appear in the Shot Hud bar

Why?
I intially did this because opening doors and grabbing crates messed up my muscle-memory on the shothud bar number keys.
And then I extended this to other things. And then I exposed those settings to configs..

So, Configs huh?
Yes, the mod is driven by configs.
Quite simple.. perk name and position. The config has details about base game numbering and positions.
By default this mod;
  • Places Pistol Shot near Normal Shot
  • Groups Overwatch, Pistol Overwatch and Overwatch All/Others perks together
  • Places Hunker, Loot, Carry and PutDown to the end
  • Places all the various 'interact' perks to the end
  • Places all the various 'hack' perks to the end
  • Groups and places all 'evac' perks to the end, including Evac All/Others
  • Sets some Evac perks so they only appear inside an Evac zone (bonus bugfix)

Compatibility
Should work with everything! It's a simple OPTC, changing a number ...
AND .. has an MCO for SeqAct_HighlightObjectiveAbility to remove the green backgound highlight and auto-positioning of "objective perks"
This MCO can be disabled if issues arise.

Depending on your personal configs might have issue's with Grenade Icon Order . Both mods essentially do the same thing, and that mods settings can easily be configured into this mod..... ...

Suggested companion mods include;
Fixed Sniper Hotkeys and Cost Based Ability Colours
Tactical HUD Lag Fixes (which includes Unlimited Ability Icons )

It's an issue I try to correct but can't always catch 100%. It's normally caused by the mission kismet adding the Evac directly to the hotbar, which I can't seem to change/affect by code :(

I'm actually having the problem with evac and evac all not being together as well. Is there a way to prevent Evac from being classifed as an "objective ability"? Sorry if it's a dumb question, I don't understand it very well.

About the issue below (Evac + Evac All) I have that problem and don't have this mod as of yet. (I have NOT had the first problem with the hack button)

Yeah, there's a few things that can interact with and change the ShotHUDPriority form the one set in the template. Evac might be one of them, if it get classed as an "objective ability"

Gotcha. Basegame Hud is already turned on. So, it might be something else then.

This might be an issue with LongWar, you need to turn on allowing the basegame hud.
This mod does nothing with System Infiltration so there is something else going on there .
