Perkins Building
Former storage building converted into office space.
Heavily based on the real life Bekins Storage Building in Fresno, California

Asset Specs
Tris: 4184 MAIN || 84 LOD
Texture: 2048x2048 d/s/n/i || 256x256 d/s/n/i LOD

Ploppable RICO Mod Revisted is highly recommended in order for this asset to function as an office - can also be converted into an industrial building, residential building, etc thru RICO. Otherwise, it'll function as a level 5 unique building.

Aside from the Perkins Storage sign prop, I've kept this building prop free, so feel free to detail it to your liking :)

@saulonzo some iconic buildings I've always wanted to see the downtown Watertower, Veteran's Memorial Auditorium, Fresno City Hall, Fresno County Courthouse. There are a lot of beautiful, old buildings in Fresno. I definitely would also love to see The Pacific SW Tower and Tower Theatre for sure

@saulonzo Thats cool Ive thought about making a 1:1 recreation of Bakersfield although thats probobly far in the future if I do. I want to learn Blender and create a few assets from Bakersfield like the Beale clocktower. How did you learn to create assets?

Oh wow, being originally from Fresno, I love this. I'm putting it in my California city now! I did a build, mostly based on San Jose, but the outer districts are based on parts of west Fresno and Kerman (I even did a version of Kearney Park and Kearney Blvd.)

@Thotiest Thot - yeah I'd like to make a whole bunch of Fresno buildings at some point for a Fresno-based city I'd like to create. Right now the top 2 I have in mind are the Pacific Southwest Building and the Tower Theater
