!!!Warning!!! This disables the auto brake on finish line for city races!!!

This contains own city changes and from other mods, allowing to use them together.

- no camera switching on race start/end
- night race bet changes:
* corrected min bet amount: 2|4|6k
* calculated bet amount is rounded up to next thousand for 1k bet steps
* using min/max amounts of higher club when challenging a higher club opponent
* 1k more chooseable max amount when pink slips bet is available
* fixed pink slip bet displayed as -1 at race-start/end-screen
* max money bet will not exceed player money in thousands
- day race: increased max bet to next thousand: 1|2|4k
- day and night race: no end animation
- night race: no start animation delay
