Description

*Requires "Valo City Stuff"

Makes pink slips always available (and by that the max bet).
Increases max bet amount for day races x2, as well as bet steps.
Enables pink slips bet for day racing.

These features are available as options at sl\Scripts\game\src\City.java, see main mod.

damn, i learned how to change this games code just for you to make the exact same changes (raising day bets)

- bet is limited to available amount in thousands
- x2 max bet for day race
and other changes, see Valo City Stuff
