Welcome to MEIOU and Taxes, the quintessential overhaul mod for EUIV v.1.37.*.

Q: I subscribed, but mod doesn't appear in the Launcher or the game loads Vanilla.
A: Unsubscribe from M&T v2.52, check you don't have a version downloaded from the forum, and resubscribe.

Q: Are there any required DLC?
A: Mandate of Heaven is important for balancing China. Craddle of Civilisations is important for to keep population going when disbanding armies.

Q: I played this game a few years ago, but it ran slowly on my computer. What's changed?
A: Owing to upgrades to the Clauswitz Engine, and better scripting, FPS has been significantly increased on most machines.

Q: Can I play this mod with only the graphical and map changes?
A: No.

Q: Do I have to install the compability patch if I have a certain DLC ?
A: the compability patches make the units sprites fit better on the M&T map and are not necesarry to run at all, only use them if you have the associated unit sprites activated.

Q: Where do i find the different modules working with this mod ?
A: They are all in my M&T Collection.

Played a playthrough as PLC that went well, but when I started as Brandenburg in another run the entirety of the HRE has been losing rural pops and I have no idea where they are migrating to, the urban pops are fine but the rural pops for some reason seem bugged, am I missing something?

Hoping for some help from fellow MEIOU players or devs - I'm playing as England trying to win the 100 Years Wars. I got the first and second treaty, but I cannot get the third treaty (Treaty of Troyes). Do I have to wait until 1420 (the historical Treaty of Troyes?) for that? Every time I click on the Enforce English Treaty decision, it keeps doing the effects of the Treaty of Rouen.

It's just ridiculous how you balkanized Serbia here but united Hungary like it was 100% centralized and with 100 crownland or Castille or even Mongols lmao

Hey, I am playing Poland, game crashes after two years from start on may 1359-60. I played open alpha 29, and everything was working fine. Is it my fault or something is meesed up in version 30?

Tip: Turn off "Game Mode" if you're on Windows while EU4 loads so you can tab out and do other stuff while it loads, without Windows throttling its CPU uage.

Buildings tab in the provincial UI is broken when opened; items are extremely misaligned (buttons, images, actual clickable areas) to the point where you can't build anything using this tab. Only other mod I have is the complete unit pack submod linked in the M&T collection.

Tested on 2x and 1.5x UI scaling

@Thomasking Did you let the game run past the first month tick? Game plays just fine after initial setup. EU4 itself takes maybe 1min to load up for me which isn't great, but that's typical for any heavily modded setup.
