Hi, I cannot seem to find the option to create one in the crafting menu even when I have all the materials, any idea why?

B41 Only: Re-added decayed journal item for older(?) saves that still had them around.

For B41: I re-added the old decayed item itself -this *should* fix the issue with people still having decayed journals around (somehow).

B41/B42: Fix issue allowing people to share kills/modData.

This is an advanced feature, you'd have to find the key in the mod you'd like to support. Whatever string the target mod adds to the modData for the player.

The [B41/B42] Toughness Skill mod is working, but I’ve noticed it takes much longer to load compared to other mods. I’m not sure why, but I’m leaving this observation here.
