No. That mod adds back the unmodded game's Reaper HUD elements. Those elements can remain on screen. If you're not using the mod that adds the elements then they can't be staying on your screen.
That sounds like you could be using "[WOTC] Proficiency Reaper HUD Plugin", read its Description if you are.
This isn't a "reaper"...it is a strange mashup of a specop class with interesting ideas. The execution, IMHO, is suboptimal. Sometimes 'god-tier' and other times weaksauce...all in the same turn.
I love your work, but this one is a complete 'miss' for me.
