Description
LWTS-X is a mod that focuses on improving exploration aspects of the game by adding new blocks and encounters that co-operate with LWTS.

Always have this mod listed above LWTS in order to make it work properly!

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This steam page is work in progress. Not all of the information might be present here.

At the Tiamat Community Discord[discord.gg], we are running LWTS-X (With some minor modifcations and additions) on our "Exodus" servers. You are free to join the servers at any time. Join the Discord server for more information.

-=SHORT LIST OF FEATURES=-
A more detailed description can be found below. Note: Blocks are not described on this page, however all blocks will have a description in game, and a custom block category in the G-Screen

-Three new factions:
-RSPF - Rebelious Space Force
-DSPT - Deep Space Tyrants
-Space Peacekeepers
RSPF, DSPT and SPRT have been also made impossible to get neutral or positive relation with, they will always be enemies against all players!
-New encounters to discover. As of the first test a lot of them are on the Earth and the Moon
-New Dangerzones - Zones with increased pirate activity. Pirates use Bounty blocks inside these zones. Currently there are 3 Dangerzones in the mod.
-New planet (Ice Planet) and a moon for it (IcePlanetX, IcePlanetsMoonX)
-New ores for planets (ores are made up, not realistic)
-Changed ore spawning system
-Spawn pods can only spawn on earth. This is for better progression through LWTS Tiers (more on that in ore spawning description below)
-All planets have had their parameters altered. From ores to wind speeds
-Jump Drive rebalance
-Enemies get harder the further away from Earth planet you are (actually from the coordinates 0, 0, 0 but this description is relative to the scenario above)

Other
-Rare and Legendary components can now be assembled with Rarium or Legendarium respectively
-Mythium components (Tier 8) will require lost tech components, obtainable with the Scrapper block

New Blocks List
-Rarium Power Generator (Tier 6, 7, large grid) - A Powerful endgame power source that outputs gigawatts of power, but requires Liquid Rarium to run.
-Rarium Fuel Cell (Tier 6, 7, large grid) - Converts Enriched Rarium into Liquid Rarium
-Three Liquid Rarium Tank shapes (Tier 6, large grid) - Tanks for storing Liquid Rarium.
-Assembly Kit (Tier 2, 3, small grid) - Advanced survival kits for small grids, they're able to make more components than the survival kit and also can refine more ores rather than just stone. Tier 3 Assembly Kit can make more than the Tier 2.
-Scrapper block (Tier 7, large grid) - Scraps Rare (Tier 6) and Legendary (Tier 7) components into lost tech components, which in LWTS-X are used to make Tier 8 components. Can only be accessed manually by the player, no conveyors so it won't accidentally scrap things when you don't want it to.
-Tier 8 Ion Thruster
-Tier 6 Production Line (Large grid) - A more powerful assembler
-Tier 5 Heavy Cannon (Small grid) - A powerful small grid cannon that deals high damage per shot.
-Heavy Duty Wheels (Tier 4, 5, large grid) - Super heavy and durable wheels. Their high mass helps move the center of mass of your rover down.
-Laser Disruptor Turret (Tier 5, large grid) - A laser turret that shoots out a constant beam. Doesn't use amunition, uses ship power to charge instead.
-Annihilator Laser (Tier 8, large grid) - A super heavy super weapon, deals huge amount of damage. Doesn't use amunition, uses ship power to charge instead.
-Upgrade modules to laser weapons (Tier 5, large grid) - Upgrade modules for upgrading the Annihilator and Disruptor turret.
-Dual Gatling Turrets (Tier 4, 5, large grid) - Dual barreled gatling turrets. Rather than dealing constant damage like the single barreled gatlings, they deal high burst damage.
-Bounty Machineguns (Tier 3, 4, 5, small grid) - A heavy machinegun. Fires slower than a gatling, but for more damage. Needs bounty components to be built.
-Hydrogen Balloons (From tier 2 to tier 5, large grid) - Hydrogen balloons that pull you upwards in atmosphere. The more hydrogen in them - the more force they output.
-Health Node block (Tier 5, large grid) - An AOE healing block, heals friendly astronauts nearby, drains energy of enemy astronauts nearby.
-Uber Module (Tier 8, large grid) - The best refinery upgrade module you can have. It's both a speed and yield module at once.

New Bounty Blocks
Bounty blocks are a special type of block that require Bounty Components to be built.
How do you get these components? You cannot build them, you can find them by venturing into Dangerzones. Any encounters with "Vicious" in their name have Bounty blocks on them.
The Bounty blocks have a lot of durability, and a lot of the time most of the Bounty Components in a block can survive even the most intense combat, allowing you to grind them down and take the components for yourself.

How do I find Dangerzones?
You can find them inside some of the new encounters. For example, you can find them on a "Large Watchtower" on Earth, but not only there.

-=ORE SPAWNING CHANGES=-
-Some planets will now get new ores, which are specific to that planet and can only spawn on it.

The new Ice Planet gets Rarium
Mars gets Legendarium
Alien gets Mythium

All moons get Titanium from LWTS. Titanium cannot be found in asteroids anymore
Platinum is space only now, not on moons anymore
Iron, Silicon and Nickel cannot be found in space anymore. You can still use stone if you need though
However, Magnesium is also not available in space, only on planets with the exception of the Alien planet
Cobalt can not be found on moons
Gold cannot be found on Earth

-=JUMP DRIVE REBALANCE=-
-Vanilla, tier 2 and 3 jump drives have been disabled, and cannot be built anymore. Only tier 4 and 5 jump drives remain. That is if you don't use any other mods
-Tier 4 and 5 jump drives are weaker than in normal LWTS

i love the Features the Mod is adding but i hate the removel of the tiereless jump drive because economy missions which say go to this spot 7000 km away become a lot REALLY a lot harder i cant imagine what to do without the speed limit remover which lets me go thousends of meters the second (note at about 6000 m/s you just ignor... existence... you can just FLY TROUGH planets nothing stopping you)
if it is no problem for you to spend megatons of gold one a few jump drives this is the perfect mod for anyone else this mod is good... but is this really necessary?

I like this mod a lot. In a new world with QOL mods, but no blocks/NPC except LWTS/X. - Tier5 drones are popping immediately with no regards about my defense/PCU. - Currently unusable in a normal survival game. I need to pop a good starter base with shield/turrets to stand up. As it is WIP, not complaining. please provide a more progressive and varied challenge in the future. - Quickly a lot of disabled drones everywhere, so frequent cleanups are needed. BIG fan of the new uber UPGRADE module, the baloons, new guns, and health node block. Less fan of the rarium thing, and gereraly about infinite multiplication of Tiers levels and new resources. I always thought that there are too many tier before Tier 5 (3 levels should be enough whith Colbalt used to make ore detector, AG for refineries and gold for assys for example), Tier 6/8 are useless, everything should regroup in a Legendary tier. Last remark, please fix icon colors, they are not conssistant per tier and per menu.

@Renegade It's to give lower tier thruster components a puprose with the changes to ore distribution (since by the time you get platinum, you probably won't care about vanilla thrusters), plus let's it prevents you from quickly getting platinum by simply going to space and finding encounters with low tier ion thrusters. Pretty much the same deal with missile recipes, it should also make them more useful

I don't mind the change but just curious as to why thruster comp doesn't need platinum now but silver instead. I assume it's to make it easier to use platinum for other components from LWTS?
