Not sure if you have seen but it looks like SPI's Barbarian King mod may have similar issues. Left a message on that mod. Appreciate if you can take a look. Thanks

Got it. Thank you!

Yeah that dates back to a time when TTS updated shaders for assetbundles and it caused some glitches with older stuff. The cauldron and the orb of music and the dice trays for example. There's nothing I can do unless I want to code new assets myself. Just ignore the error messages, they should have no impact on the game and they only appear when loading.

Thank you! Yes, all assets loaded. However, when I load the mod, other messages indicated shader can not be loaded, switching to standard shader. Not sure what that means. Any idea if you may be able to fix it? Thanks

the CHRY assets i used to model gems have been taken offline. I switched in some tokens with some clipart on them. Doesn't look at nice but should be serviceable.

Thank you for looking into it. Appreciate to keep the classics going!

Hi there! thank you for the mod, it is a labour of love. There are 2 links that are missing the assets that can not be downloaded or open remotely, would you mind taking a look? Great work and thanks!

Does this play at all like DungeonQuest? Looks super interesting!
Esanssi 18 Jul, 2017 @ 12:20pm
That makes complete sense, cheers! Will delve into the game itself later on.
Thank you for the *very* quick response.

Hi Esanssi. I may see if I can make editable character sheets in a future release (my coding skills are kinda nonexistent). Meantime, you will find a suite of tokens and markers on the table for keeping track of skill points, spells, treasure, inventory, and so forth. You can also use the notecards (also on the tabletop) to keep track of details... your character's name and so forth.

I hope this makes sense. If not, I can make a sample setup and post a screencap for you to get you started,

This seems like a really interesting game. Initially starting up, I encountered an issue(maybe) with the character sheet. Are they supposed to be editable? If not, what's the TTS way to write up a character sheet.

@boylegd: TTS is where it's at for me, but thanks, i'll definitely have a look. like yourself, i think it's great that the classics can be played again. this particular one was v.hard to find and i'm delighted to see it available again. muchos gracias.

:D Glad to have scratched an itch for you Kendo 353. Some of the artwork is drawn from files on Boardgamegeek that were posted VERY recently as "Deathmaze Deluxe Edition",so if you want to get your hands on a print and play version, go there.

@old_salt: +! for what boylegd said. back in the day, i lived in a small village where nobody else was interested in 'brain games'. they are all playable solo, with a few tweaks here an there. they're simple and like a breath of fresh air, compared to the overly micromanaged and fussy rules available now.
Kendo353 16 Jul, 2017 @ 1:38pm
DUDE!!!! thankyou so much. been looking for this forever, and everywhere on the net says "removed.... because". this was my favourite minigame back in the day, and i am full of 12 year old style joy to see it pop up here. WoOt for you!
boylegd  [author] 14 Jul, 2017 @ 7:05am
Yeah :D I missed these games the first time around too. TTS has been kind of cathartic since all these golden oldies that have been languishing as scans on my hard drive are now playable games. I'm pretty sure you can find players on reddit or a similar forum... but hey, a lot of my stuff (including this game) is nominally single player if worse comes to worse.

When I have time I like to dip into your work and explore a little. It's so great to see all this stuff I was too young ro too broke to get my hands on when it was out there. You're one of my favorite modders on here now. Now, actually getting someone I know to try to play one of these with me is another story.

Looks interesting, can't wait to look through it!
boylegd  [author] 13 Jul, 2017 @ 5:23am
Thanks man. Hope this one finds some fans. I think it's a cool dungeon-crawl lite game with lots of replayability.
