When I tried to do something similar, I found that the AI overwrote the prefab info, however, it's possible that CO fixed that with the most recent update.
Oké. This is to bad because I have a big city and normaal loading is already 10 min. And this mod ads 15 min. Extra. Too bad.
Network Skins is compatible with Move it. The moved ,rotated and changed piller stay when save data loaded.
This mod is OK with light and tree changed. NG with only piller.
I have been meaning to optimize the code to only update airport roads, which would fix your problem (though it shouldn't be happening in the first place).
