I know this problems, so i was make map darker and make a lots respawn point on roof, literally there's no safe place in this map. When i test map at begining it was boring, but some imprevment and its become hardest map in game, if you use it on high difficulty.:B1:

This map looks fantastic and the spacing is perfect indoors. But the outside area is too wide open. It could use more obstacles or a square/stage or something to block the view of zeds, otherwise it's really easy to snipe them or see them coming a mile away. The map kind of forces players outside because of how much easier it is than it is to hold than in any of the indoor areas, which is kind of unfortunate considering how beautiful the indoor areas are.

searched mall, was disappointed when I didn't see the classic skateboard murder map, still looks neat though

I delete all light to test if FPS increase- not increase, light not give any performance for this map, sad :steamsad:
I think now lights on map is perfect, some place too dark, and some place is too bright, this is idea of this map.
This map not popular because it's look like arena map, but i did everything to make it hard to play, you can't just camp in this map, i don't give players safe-cheat place, everywhere is hell))

imo, no. KF2 gives us a flashlight you can use anytime and NV for some perks. Unlike KF1 that sometimes the only flashlight was the 9mm. Just an idea to scale back the lighting to give a performance boost.

I want add more ambient light (10 percent to all light exterior) because map to dark, but i dont know does need it?

Old update i create zip file for gamebanana and then upload to steam workshop, and all what was in folder was downloaded in workshop included "kf-perehrestya_v5.zip". Opps.

Yep lag it's big problem, i optimised all as much as i can. Precompute all light took over 120 hours rendering on very powerfull pc.
I created map brighter because in first builds i always run with flashlight and some place was dark as hell, map still too dark outside.

My fault, i mess up with textures when create map, that why fps drops, don't have free time to fix this.
All my custom texture must be "world" but i use "cinematic", because some textures was blur and it's look awful. But i didn't know that "cinematic" don't optimised in Unreal 3, when understand what have i done it was too late for fix this. Later i hope.

I experience FPS issues with this map, mainly in the center arena. Look one direction and my fps drops all the way down to 70. I'm going to assume the map doesn't support higher resolutions (3440x1440) like most other custom maps do. Really fun map though.

Improved FPS for all object, now map work very smoothly. After play some game with other players on hoe i understand that create really hard map to play, because my friends that play very well on hoe, die always at any wave and only i can survive. And i understand that no one can find ammo boxes so i move it close to center map in plaint sight.

Рокермап, спс поправлю траву и коллишины. FPS повысить тяжело, тк слишком объектов в кадре, и просадка есть в районе складов из-за шейдеров асфальта (это родной материал от TW если что).

Low FPS map.

Checked the map in SDK.

The grasses and flowers are all "Blockall".
And those mini garbage/trash, they have Blockall too.

They should be NoCollision.
