Sorry but I am no longer supporting this mod nor do I have any of my original files to re-upload if loading/hosting of the assets is failing.
ps.sora 4 Dec, 2024 @ 6:05pm
The ships and chests assets links are not loading. Does the creator still helps out here?
Weaselmonkey 7 May, 2021 @ 7:51pm
The Dice tray has been working for me
Echodonut 25 May, 2020 @ 2:07pm
Anyone still playing this?
Del  [author] 14 Apr, 2020 @ 11:43am
@argrath_dragonspear It's been sometime now and I don't keep up with the mod but I will assume the link to the dice tray file is broken. It's not an asset of mine. You can load in your own dice tray or just roll on the table.
argrath_dragonspear 14 Apr, 2020 @ 11:21am
I keep getting an error message saying it wont load the Dice Tray?
JBat 14 Apr, 2019 @ 11:40am
Can't seem to load any of the textures

Is anyone looking for a new player? I would like to join a group playing SeaFall if anyone is still playing.
A88mph 18 Nov, 2017 @ 11:52pm
I think that this might have more to do with the latest update to TTS, but I thought it would be worth posting here as well. Since the new update, we've had an issue with Decals showing up on the cards we've been using (Adviser upgrades, perminent enmity, etc.). Or all the Decals show up in the center of the board, and other oddities.

Strange question, but it's not Ludwig Orsingher is it? An old pal and collaborator of mine in the DYI variant circle.

I can understand the fear, but even pro game designers have to worry about this. Just look at every legacy/living game's errata page on BGG. At some point you have to close the book and say "good enough," and let it grow up in the world by itself. I think this is great work and you have nothing to be afraid of there.
Del  [author] 11 Oct, 2017 @ 7:13am
@Older_Salt and everyone else, thanks for the kind words. I'm hyper critical myself, so it'll never be polished to me. The map is an eyesore but its the best I can do with my scanner/skillset. I'm also deathly afraid that I missed something or that something is broken down the line and it'll bork some group's game which would be awful considering the style of game it is and the time investment.

While I had decals for most of the items in the game, it was actually Ludwig's idea to go full decal and put them all on the sticker sheet. And I want to thank everyone for their suggestions and broken/bug finds.

Good luck to everyone looking to find a group/game.

Just opened this for the first time. Great work, really polished and it shows. I want to see if I can get a game going ... :) I don't know of many mods that use the newish decal feature as widely and as intentionally as you do in this mod.

Hi,

We played the Prologue last week -- awesome time. We're looking for a final player to join the campaign, which should last about 15 games. Game 1 is this Sunday @ 10:00pm, EST (US). First come, first serve! If you're completely brand new, let me know; I can walk you through a simulated Prologue to teach you.

Invite me to be a friend if you're interested.

@ChocolateMystia Nice catch, I had two Observatory buldings. Should have only been one and one Marketplace. As far as the rest of the buildings/upgrades, they are supposed to be uneven. I also went through my physical copy and double checked all of the boxes to make sure the rest were on the level.
⑨ ChocolateMystia 20 Sep, 2017 @ 11:47pm
Great mod, hopefully I get a group for it going soon :D

I noticed right away though, that one building is missing from the starting setup. According to setup, the green zone should have the "Marketplace" building. Went quickly through the boxes see if they were there, but they are nowhere. also noticed the upgrade/building count was uneven, might be intentional by design, but just in case could be worth checking.

Anyone feel like playing a campaign?
Del  [author] 18 Sep, 2017 @ 4:05pm
Has anyone played far enough to get to the Light of Truth? If so how is that working for people? I wasn't really sure how to handle that so any spoiler free feedback is appreciated.
Adrik 21 Jul, 2017 @ 2:47am
In our game we turned coins into metal chips. They can stack and dont fly all around the table every time.
Del  [author] 18 Jul, 2017 @ 11:35am
If anything is out of place, please let me know. If you've already started playing with an older version and run into trouble or just need help with something, I'll do what I can.
Del  [author] 18 Jul, 2017 @ 11:34am
Updated the mod. More play area, fixed the backs of upgrades/buildings, enmity tokens now have both sides, and upgrades are now 100% decals/stickers so careful when stamping and de-stamping.
Del  [author] 18 Jul, 2017 @ 11:32am
Yeah I've noticed the decals are invisible if cards are in a deck, but once they're drawn or taken from a deck they re-appear.
Ludwig 18 Jul, 2017 @ 6:41am
@ebnuk Yeah, basically what Del says. I create 'one-off' decals quickly during gameplay. Then, I delete them from the decal menu after being applied. There is one bug I've noticed though with TTS. When making a deck with decals, like advisors. The decals will often dissapear once the deck is shuffled. They appear again, though, if you stack just two labelled cards face-up and then immediately unstack them again.
ebnuk 17 Jul, 2017 @ 9:09pm
@Del Nice!! Simple and elegant. Thanks for the share and keep up the good work. :steamhappy:
Del  [author] 17 Jul, 2017 @ 8:14pm
@ebnuk Thanks! I'm not sure when you plan to start, but I'm going to be making some fixes/changes by the end of the month, so just fyi.

I'm not sure how everyone else is naming things, but I use a blank template, add text to it via paint. net , upload it to an imgur folder, add it as a decal in game. I'm not the most adept when it comes to TTS, so I'm not sure if there is a more elegant solution. I'll link the template below which is just the blank space from an advisor card.

@Ludwig I really like how the custom names on your cards, provinces, islands, etc. look. Would you mind sharing how you did it? I've been figuratively banging my head against the wall trying to custom decals for naming stuff.

Also @Del, props and many thanks for your hard work on this mod!! My friends and I are looking forward to a playthrough.
Del  [author] 16 Jul, 2017 @ 9:37am
@Ludwig Thanks, yeah I would really like to add some more space and maybe move some things around. Just another week and I'll be able to fiddle with things again.
Ludwig 13 Jul, 2017 @ 6:59pm
@Del: perhaps this will help you in further edits to your mod. This is the current table setup that my group has been playing with. There's a number of things I did to make the table space more efficient. https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/ugc/847091252324407317/44E6B832B474C9F72A2BC254FE5494C30190D4C8/

Trying to find time to get backs to the enmity tokens, ship upgrades, and buildings. No eta, but for sure by the end of the month. I'm kind of swamped til the 23rd.
Zael 28 Jun, 2017 @ 4:27pm
Awesome, thanks! :oheart: Precisely why I bought Tabletop Simulator in the first place (been playing the physical version, but afraid some of the players will have moved before we finish the campaign, the existence of this sure gives a peace of mind).
Del  [author] 27 Jun, 2017 @ 12:34pm
I added tiles for the starter islands so it would be possible to zoom in on just them instead of the whole board. For anyone that's started already, you can simply copy them over to your game. They're currently locked into place on the board.
Apparu 21 Jun, 2017 @ 6:50pm
Very impressive! Good work :)
Del  [author] 21 Jun, 2017 @ 6:20pm
Everything should be good to go. If anyone experiences difficulties, please let me know. Enjoy!
Del  [author] 19 Jun, 2017 @ 12:54am
If anyone who's played before wants to rummage around the mod and let me know if anything is out of place, I'd really appreciate it.
Del  [author] 19 Jun, 2017 @ 12:50am
@Exuno - If you want to play before I do that, I think you'll be ok so long as you don't play past the prologue game. Your game will be unique and you won't be loading my mod after the first game, but your personal save instead. The outcome of the prologue is pretty mild and so long as you have your game saved to reference, exporting that outcome into an updated build (if necessary) wouldn't be much trouble at all. Once you start making drastic changes to the game/board/cards, etc... it will become more of a chore.

To anyone thinking of playing soon, I suggest going through the rules/mechanics/tokens with your play group, check out the notecards in game, and setup your own decal template for quicker naming of items. If you're ever not sure about anything, the boardgamegeek forums are your friend, the rulebook doesn't always do a great job. Lastly, AVOID SPOILERS!
Del  [author] 19 Jun, 2017 @ 12:49am
I had a lousy week, truth be told, but I did manage to get in everything that I wanted to. Tomorrow I'd like to give it a final once over to make sure everything is kosher, make sure any details with TTS mechanics are explained, and update the mod's description page.
Exuno 18 Jun, 2017 @ 4:32pm
Any luck with finding time? I've got a couple of people excited to start this. Is anything missing actually required for a first game?
Del  [author] 11 Jun, 2017 @ 1:23am
Don't think I'll be able to squeeze it in this weekend, there isn't much left to add though so it should be all finished up by the end of the week (6/17).
Adrik 6 Jun, 2017 @ 1:10pm
:Ocelot:You're pretty good!:Ocelot:
Del  [author] 6 Jun, 2017 @ 8:14am
No guarantees, but aiming for a full release this weekend.
darleth 4 Jun, 2017 @ 1:12am
Great work, thanks a lot.
Del  [author] 3 Jun, 2017 @ 5:16pm
I'm open to any tips or suggestions to make this mod more serviceable.
