SEAFALL

Description
"SeaFall is a 4X game (explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate) set in an "age of sail" world reminiscent of our world. In SeaFall, the world is starting to claw its way out of a dark age and has begun to rediscover seafaring technology. Players take on the role of a mainland empire that consults with a consortium of advisors to discover new islands, explore those islands, develop trade, send out raiding parties, take part in ship-to-ship combat, and more.

SeaFall is a 'Legacy' board game, and like the players who play them, Legacy games 'remember' what happen from game to game. Player choices have irreversible impact on the game world as the game board changes, cards are modified and sealed packs are opened revealing twists and turns in an epic storyline."

I do not claim ownership over anything in this mod. If you're interested in the game or this mod, please consider purchasing a physical copy and supporting the designers and artists.

This game is a Legacy game and filled with secrets and spoilers, so peruse at your own risk. Before touching anything in this mod I highly suggest doing your research on this game as well as reading both the welcome sheet and rulebook, as well as checking out the in game note cards I've added to help explain things. To anyone playing, the rules are a bity wonky and ambiguous at times so keep the Board Game Geek forums at the ready. The folks there are helpful and friendly and if you're ever unsure about anything, it's 100% worth it to take that 5-15 minute break to make sure you're doing things correctly.

PSA: YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE YOUR OWN DECALS TO NAME THINGS IN GAME. ALL GAME STICKERS CAN BE FOUND IN THE DECAL MENU.

Sorry but I am no longer supporting this mod nor do I have any of my original files to re-upload if loading/hosting of the assets is failing.

@argrath_dragonspear It's been sometime now and I don't keep up with the mod but I will assume the link to the dice tray file is broken. It's not an asset of mine. You can load in your own dice tray or just roll on the table.

Is anyone looking for a new player? I would like to join a group playing SeaFall if anyone is still playing.

I think that this might have more to do with the latest update to TTS, but I thought it would be worth posting here as well. Since the new update, we've had an issue with Decals showing up on the cards we've been using (Adviser upgrades, perminent enmity, etc.). Or all the Decals show up in the center of the board, and other oddities.

Strange question, but it's not Ludwig Orsingher is it? An old pal and collaborator of mine in the DYI variant circle.

I can understand the fear, but even pro game designers have to worry about this. Just look at every legacy/living game's errata page on BGG. At some point you have to close the book and say "good enough," and let it grow up in the world by itself. I think this is great work and you have nothing to be afraid of there.
