Would be nice if this mod was available for Skyrim Special edition too.
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 23 Jan, 2015 @ 9:47pm
It should be compatiable. This does not change Linen Wrap but merely has recipes that use it.
Pez 23 Jan, 2015 @ 9:41pm
Will this be compatible with other mods that make use of the Linen Wrap? I've got a mod that uses them to make bandages, and would really like both to work in unison.

You craft cloth scraps at tanning racks using various items.
SergeantPasty 11 Jan, 2015 @ 12:26am
cloth scraps? where can i find them?
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 3 Oct, 2014 @ 1:03pm
@WhoovianGamer I might be able to do that for you.
SEMMIEB3E 3 Oct, 2014 @ 12:35pm
Can you make children's clothes craftable so you can make unique child clothes. There have been times when I've mistaken my kids with someone else's. It would be cool.
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 22 Feb, 2014 @ 12:01pm
@22bearsfan The mod does not edit any clothing in the game and the glowing must be built into vanilla Skyrim. There is no way to fix this without editing the clothing which I cannot do myself.
MaximumHam 22 Feb, 2014 @ 11:51am
This is really annoying. After putting on the Psiijic Gloves my eyes wont stop glowing! Please tell how to fix this. (I think it was the Psiijic Gloves)
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 29 Jun, 2013 @ 11:20pm
@bolox I think that is just to do with the item itself as I think it's meant for NPC's only.
bolox 29 Jun, 2013 @ 7:48pm
After I put on the Greybeard robes I crafted, some npcs tell me to put on some clothes. Not sure if it's just a Mod conflict or if it's just this one. Regardless, I thought you'd want to know incase you didn't.
Timonen 27 May, 2013 @ 5:00pm
is there the stormcloack officers bear hat because that is cool
Amadriedith 18 Apr, 2013 @ 6:36pm
There is no Skilled Tailor Perk in the Smithing tree, just saying... Otherwise, Awesome mod. Loooove it!
Mashed 9 Mar, 2013 @ 4:43pm
Now this sounds like fun...I hate it when the game just hands you things. I like to immersion play my toon, and when not killing dragons, he shucks his heavy gear and relaxes with the boys for a tankard of warm mead. Going to try this one....:P
Ihmislehma 2 Jan, 2013 @ 1:02pm
For a first attempt, this is really good. I myself just do houses/homes (only one released so far though) and know next to nothing about anything else.

I'll keep an eye out for possible future mods from you.
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 30 Dec, 2012 @ 1:42pm
@Naemen Thanks, i'm glad you enjoy the mod. This was my first attempt and modding and I haven't actually done any more modding since but I am considering doing a total crafting overhaul mod and I will consider your ideas. Joining a faction and unlocking their recipes is a cool concept, maybe even adding some form of quest to obtain it.
Ihmislehma 30 Dec, 2012 @ 1:04pm
I love the way this mod lets you create clothes yourself. Many mods that do similar things also add unique armors and weapons to be crafted, and frankly, I don't think it's very immersive to just craft that Saviors hide or any other item indented to be standalone.

Still, something I would LOVE to see with this would be faction robes/clothes, such as Shrouded Robes. Those are not standalone, though it would be logical to be able to craft them only when actually in the faction. For example: I join the dark brotherhood and after joining am able to craft Shrouded robes. I'm not saying "do this", I am simply giving an option to consider. I want you to know that I love this mod as it is already, and think you're doing awesome work.
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 5 Sep, 2012 @ 3:54am
@joshuathegreat87 Sorry not it won't be included. The whole 'female only' thing provides too many problems. If you really want it I suggest just using the console or finding a mod that does add it.
Josh 4 Sep, 2012 @ 10:43pm
I'm sorry if you already mentioned this, but is/will Nocternal's robe be in this collection?? I've found a lot of great mods for smithing/crafting clothing, some included the addition of cooking dyes, and I thought that was something very unique and interesting. Anyway, just wondering if Nocturnal's robes would be included, most mod creators won't include it among their recipes because it's only meant to be worn by female characters, but it could be given to female spouses and companions. I think it's worth adding.
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 31 Aug, 2012 @ 3:17pm
@Snark Sorry I removed them from the mod because they were screwing up (see change list above). You just need the skilled tailor perk now.
Snark 31 Aug, 2012 @ 4:11am
I give up. I went all over the embassy during the mission and even went back afterwards with the use of the console to find that damn recipe. Nothing. It's just not there. :(
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 8 Aug, 2012 @ 12:03am
@Snark Ever seen any embassies?
Snark 7 Aug, 2012 @ 12:36pm
Hey, love your mod. Could I get a tiny hint in which of the Thalmor locations I could find the recipe for the Thalmor clothes?
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 27 Jul, 2012 @ 12:54pm
@jrzlax7 The only conflicts I can think of are any mods that add perks to the smithing tree may overlap with the perk I added. You can easily change that yourself via the creation kit but its really difficult to know where anyone else is putting their perks. Also if any mods change things like smithing exp gain and stuff be sure to load it before my mod.
Ihatemonopoly 27 Jul, 2012 @ 6:24am
Are there any conflicts with others mods?
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 18 Jul, 2012 @ 12:22am
@Seratil Thanks, glad you liked it. I'll work on the issues when I can but i've been super busy. Recipes need to be in your inventory and you need the skilled tailor perk for the recipe to appear.
Seratil 17 Jul, 2012 @ 12:28pm
Nice F**king Work! this is a really cool mod, i also like the fact you have to work a little to craft this stuff. i'd like to report some things and make some suggestions though.
first there are 2 things, one is there's a typo where you wrote college bootsl and there are 3 kinds of matled college robes but you put one in double so well miss out on one. as a suggestion i say, let general goods stores sell bolts of cloth. and last question, how do the recipes work? ive found a few but i dont think they added anything/ do i need to keep them in my inventory?
sheeana 9 Jul, 2012 @ 1:37pm
I hope you can, they look beautiful on a female character (who does not want to wear Tavern's clothes ;).
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 9 Jul, 2012 @ 1:33pm
@sheeana The game doesn't normally let you get greybeard robes so it might be set so no one scknowledges your wearing them and that they can't be enchanted. I'll see if I can fix it.
sheeana 9 Jul, 2012 @ 2:59am
And some people say I'm naked while wearing the Greybeard's Robes (the kids and Alvor in Riverwood for example)
sheeana 9 Jul, 2012 @ 1:15am
I can not enchant the Greybeards' Robes. Is that intentional?
saaxon 7 Jul, 2012 @ 6:42pm
AWESOME!!! It gives a reason to linen wrap! it makes it no longer useless, plus i can look stylsih in skyrim now!
The FrozenWolf ™ 28 Jun, 2012 @ 8:28am
@Redean yes, they are all left of the improve magic item perk. i think this may cause this problem
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 27 Jun, 2012 @ 12:30am
@fr0zenw01f By overwrite do you they overlap the space on the perks screen?
The FrozenWolf ™ 26 Jun, 2012 @ 11:21am
@Redean, yeah... the other mod has a new perk too. and those two new perks overwite each other... because i can have those two mods with all the extra craft able item. but only 1 new perk....
sheeana 26 Jun, 2012 @ 4:12am
But Ulfric's are ingame, aren't they? Do they look like that when you wear them as a character (I never did, because for that I'd have to kill Ulfric ;)?
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 26 Jun, 2012 @ 4:10am
@sheeana The models are just whats currently in game. I can't actually make any new ones, sorry.
sheeana 26 Jun, 2012 @ 3:15am
Hi there, the recipes are still empty but now I have new things to make. I found the design for Ulfric's Clothes and it showed up in the tailoring menu, but they look the same as Jarl's clothes (the ones Idgrod is wearing, I don't know what they are called in English). Shouldn't they be black or is that intentional? The Gloves show only as a small leather band around the wrists.
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 25 Jun, 2012 @ 8:08pm
@fr0zenw01f My perks shouldn't be overwritten at all, I make completely new perks instead of editing exisiting ones.
The FrozenWolf ™ 25 Jun, 2012 @ 6:24am
could you plz make it workt together with the Mod "Improved smithing"?? because the perk will be over writted
sheeana 24 Jun, 2012 @ 9:37am
or you could just leave them empty and the recipe unlocks when you find such a piece of paper? That would still keep the fun of discovering them, I like that part :)
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 22 Jun, 2012 @ 1:19pm
I've checked and the objects themselves and they have the writing on it. But in the game they just don't have anything on them. Maybe I should just remove them and have the recipes unlock with the perk?
sheeana 22 Jun, 2012 @ 3:06am
@warrior from hammerfell: yea... the Emperor's new robes... and there's even children running around yelling "you're naked!", if you swap your eqipment out on the streets, I read somewhere. ;)

@Redean: I found another recipe, which is also empty, but I now have several new robes to craft, but not the emperor's robes. I do ofc have the apropriate perk and smithing ...ehm... 90 I think, maybe 91.

Still the tailoring is great, I like it a lot, finally I can make up all those wonderful sets for my mage that I've always wanted to have :)
eldritchsyntax (hammerfell) 21 Jun, 2012 @ 11:01pm
*an ironic bug
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 21 Jun, 2012 @ 8:55pm
@Sheena Thats a bug i'll look into it.
eldritchsyntax (hammerfell) 20 Jun, 2012 @ 4:44pm
HA! invisible emperor's robes!
sheeana 20 Jun, 2012 @ 3:06pm
I found an 'empty' recipe... it says what it should be (Emperor's Robes) but there's nothing written on it, it's just a piece of paper and I cannot craft anything new now... is there something more I need besides the piece of paper or... did I maybe find a fake recipe? :)
d_combs 16 Jun, 2012 @ 5:50pm
one idea you might try is the ability to buy some of the special recipes, or at least a way of finding out where to find the recipes (bribing a shopkeeper, etc.)
Snotwasabi 4 Jun, 2012 @ 6:00pm
thanks for the update, resubbing :)
PhaseSHiFT  [author] 11 May, 2012 @ 8:31pm
@Crow I disagree with your first 2 points (case being leather armour) but your thrid point is a good idea, I might consider it.
