- Added new Skilled Tailoring Perk in Smithing tree (requires 60 smithing and Steel Smithing Perk) which allows unique clothing to be crafted when you have the needed recipe.
- Added 11 'Unique Clothing Set' Recipes around the world in logical places
- Added unique clothing with proper recipes to smithing (require recipe and Skilled Tailor perk)

- Fixed a few craftable items not being playable

- Cleaned up 'Bolt of Cloth' recipes. They should only display if you have 1 or more of the required materials in your inventory
- Cleaned up 'Cloth Scraps' recipes. They should only display if you have 1 or more of the required clothing in your inventory
- Fixed clothing recipes not displaying (accidently removed them in the last update)

- All Clothing should be able to be crafted into Cloth Scraps at a Tanning Rack
