Just fantastic.

The plural use of elements are something I really enjoy in puzzles. Nice thing player has to think the same room several times. Really nice design, well done.

Yeah this is an old map, but I just solved it now. The final "aha" trick ( switch the boxes! ) is fun to figure out!

DISCLAIMER:
Read my profile before reading the rest of my comment!

Advanced momentum maneuvers, sacrificing cubes (Mevious's "Cache" and others trained me well with this interesting concept), and knowing what cube to place on what button are the techniques I used to solve this puzzle. I even found the hidden room! Great work! Had me thinking a lot but without stumping me for a long time.

The fizzler near the exit is wierd. I shoot a portal on the fizzler beam and not all of it flashes. I guess obscure Hammer mistake. No biggie. Just funny looking.

STUNNING MAP, omg this was perfect. Excellent use of portals and the elements, you certainly didn't lie when you said '100% PURE LOGIC IS REQUIRED FOR THIS MAP'. It's a crying shame that there aren't more like this. Definite 11/10 from me!

Want to try out the hardest map in the worshop?
For all of those who were waiting for my newest map (and for all of those who are new to my maps),here's a link to my newest map called "Cubelessness 2":
http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=89526264
- Testing: Fizzlers/Cubes/Buttons/Funnels and their applications in the field of science.
- Difficulty: Hard-Very Hard
- Estimated time to complete: between 5 minutes and 1 hour.
If you know the first part of this map ("Cubelessness": http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=78146075) then you will find this second part even better, it is harder and more elegant, with no fancy tricks or unconventional methods here.
Thanks again

good map and good puzzle, the only complain i have is that you have to be to much of a ninja to get to the top part of the puzzle, that can be really annoying since you have to do it sevral times and its easy to fail with that.

Beautiful map. I did hate it though before I solved it.
Kreuzstein[9] 28. aug. 2012 kl. 0:56
One of the most enjoyable, yet challenging map I've played. Great job! =)
I Kinda Fail 27. aug. 2012 kl. 18:56
Great job! I'm sooo used to seeing maps on here that fail for one of several reasons:
1. A first grader could solve them, or they're ridiculously short. (Shoot portal, cube lands on button, done.)
2. They're RIDICULOUSLY impossible, like shooting 8 portals while in midair on a timer, moving yourself around in midair, redirecting lasers with a cube and taking down turrets, all in 10 seconds.
3. They're imperfect/confusing; you can miss jumps launched from an aerial faith plate, need to land a jump PERFECTLY, or you can't find anything.
Yours was challenging, yet you could see it was doable... All you had to find was the how. If you have everything you need, it only takes 5 minutes. But this one took me an hour. Good job.
EverfreeTree 27. aug. 2012 kl. 15:58
That... was BLOODY difficult... but I loved it ALMOST as much as I hated it! (That's a good thing)
Not even sure if I solved it the right way.
Not sure if I care.
+1
Le Petit Mort 27. aug. 2012 kl. 15:32

Brilliant - loved it - do more, lots more :)
Flup  [ophavsmand] 27. aug. 2012 kl. 0:35
@presto668: It is your fault that you've played my map :D I admit my map is based on logic use of elements, but that's the way I like to do puzzles. I am sick of all these shitty PTI maps with easy puzzle. Too bad people don't give a good rating to my map, they can't appreciate effort I've put into detailing my map.
Flup  [ophavsmand] 27. aug. 2012 kl. 0:33
@TheKanjiWolf: you have to use Hammer World Editor, not Portal 2 in-game editor. Go to your library and download Portal 2 Authoring Tools beta (it is under "Tools" tab). Then look up for some tutorials, there are hundreds of them.
presto668 26. aug. 2012 kl. 15:26
My brain is leaking out my ears, and it's all your fault. >:(
Delirious Biznasty 26. aug. 2012 kl. 14:32
How do you make maps like old aperture and how do you not start with the portal gun? I kinda want to do this for my maps but never can figure out how it's done.
Fallen One 26. aug. 2012 kl. 12:09
Clever, Clever, Clever... DAMM GOOD MAP! call a WAMbulance cause my brain is bleeding . :))
