No, you got it wrong. The name is a reference to MJ's Smooth Criminal, which inspired the whole set. I can't figure why people still didn't get it.

AHAHAHAHAHA! I now realize the reference. This particular white fedora was worn by the 42 gang, a fairly powerful group of mobsters. A lvl 42 version would be very fitting.

I have mixed feelings about this hat. On one hand it is an amazing hat, stylish and sleek, and I really enjoy this set. On the other, I just unboxed my first unusual a week ago and it was for the Spy, so I would not be able to wear the unusual if I got this hat. Decisions, decisions....

I'm obsessed with noir style and I must say this hat is just perfect. It's nothing like fedora and cosa nostra cap, it's way different and the fact it's white by default makes it even more unique! Though seeing as they changed the default color of the latest added spy item I don't think it's going in the game, sadly. But still, ALL OF MY WANT TT_TT

im tempted to say that this is not needed as there are 2 very similar spy hats already (the made man set hat as well as the fancy fedora)
