Oh, that would be correct. I stated 40 above, but that's what I moved the tables to. I didn't consider the starting level and the level point itself. So it would be 42. I'll either adjust down two or edit the above. Since you went that high, how did you feel about filling out the skills? To many points? How was the grind?
What other mods do you run?
Techically yes to save compatible. But it's not going to be retroactive. So if you saved with a level 4 general, when you reload with this mod it's not like there will be 3 more skill points for you to assign. But when he/she is rank 5 that would be a 2 skill point rank.
