Ok, just to clarify to everyone. When you subscribe to the mod, the folder with the file in question does not immediately show up. You need to run the game first and let it download, then it'll be there.

The weapon skin is not showing up in the documents folder. Plus what is this "Gumroad" link you keep mentioning? Could you actually provide us with a link, please? :\

I received a game update tonight. Since then, the instuctions above no longer work. If the weapon is replaced in the "0" directory, the game deletes everything in the "0" directory and creates a "1" directory containing the original game files.

There's a mistake on a name. "Golden Healing Syringe" should do the trick.

Ho and you also talk about the Pulverizer in the begining of the description. You did a mix between healer and pulv description ;)

Hello, I think their's a misstake about the number of the folder. The number you wrotte is the one of the Pulverizer. The one of the healer is 809731603

Propably a newbie question but is this client side and safe for cheat secure servers? Dont want to get a ban from the game just because i skinned a healing gun..
