is this a jojo reference

It slows time down to about 0.001% of normal speed. Depending on your computer this means that time either does stop or runs very slowly (i.e. a fire ball will not work, or you can fire 20 that will hit at the same time once the ring is removed).
nogare321  [author] 14 Sep, 2019 @ 12:38pm
Yes. As I say above, the time freeze will work. However the time protection effect will not if SKSE is not installed.
[CSTL] Cleo 14 Sep, 2019 @ 10:01am
does it work with normal skyrim that is
Psych0sisPy 21 Mar, 2018 @ 8:12am
Yeah i did
nogare321  [author] 20 Mar, 2018 @ 3:50pm
huh. Not come across that issue before... I really need to implement a beter pickup location. I'll try to fix it this weekend. In the meantime were you able to use the consol to find the ring?
Psych0sisPy 20 Mar, 2018 @ 9:48am
i have no mod for changing breezhome's look but i used another mod that highlights searched items and i it is under ground
nogare321  [author] 19 Mar, 2018 @ 3:05pm
The ring might not be there if you have a mod that changes Breezhome. I'd suggest adding it using the console. Search "Time Master".
Psych0sisPy 19 Jan, 2018 @ 6:16am
i can't find it on the floor D:
nogare321  [author] 12 Sep, 2016 @ 1:27pm
Question: If I found a method to prevent the game freezing when opening a book, but the solution would require SKSE for all parts of the mod, should I implement my fix?
kM 16 Jul, 2015 @ 10:23pm
ok thx
nogare321  [author] 16 Jul, 2015 @ 4:39pm
Look on the floor of Breezehome in Whiterun, or search for Time Master in the console. I need to update this soon...
kM 16 Jul, 2015 @ 1:46am
were can i find this
nogare321  [author] 25 Apr, 2015 @ 3:26pm
While I'm not keen on paid mods, having some type of donation button would be nice. Especially for the mods I put a lot of work into.
For those who want to sign the anti-paid-mod petitiongo here -> http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/removepaidmods/
nogare321  [author] 11 Feb, 2015 @ 2:44pm
It depends on the spell, and on your system. If the spell requires a charge, then sometimes the ring slows time too such an extent that it wont work. It's an issue I've been trying to solve, and the only solution is to speed up time slightly. Sorry.
Elder-Wolf 11 Feb, 2015 @ 1:17pm

nogare321  [author] 14 Jul, 2014 @ 6:05pm
Currently, it's inside Breezehome in Whiterun.

Use your mod to freeze the time so you could get enough of it. :)
nogare321  [author] 22 Jun, 2014 @ 8:34pm
Ok, maybe, but I doubt it will happen soon. I don't have the time.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 22 Jun, 2014 @ 1:25pm
Why you post it 3 times, and did you mean engine by engion (wtf is that shit)? I really doubt that to make it happened, you need change entire engine of it. Mod could just add an track of evenings itself, though it would request you to have some spare pockets and space on your random access memory.
nogare321  [author] 22 Jun, 2014 @ 12:53pm
That is what it would take to implement a reverse time mod. Changing the base game engion.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 22 Jun, 2014 @ 12:51pm
some mods exists to change the base part of the game. :P it's not like you're changing entire engine of it.
nogare321  [author] 22 Jun, 2014 @ 10:45am
You only need to update SKSE if the mods you are using are updated. As long as you don't update the mods, you will not need to update SKSE.

On keeping track of everything for 10 seconds, it doesn't matter that the game is old. That record would need to be built into the base part of the game. As it is not, you would need some one to almost recreate Skyrim from the ground up.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 22 Jun, 2014 @ 10:13am
But even YOU said to get me skse, which expands Skyrim capabilities and abilities. Skyrim is old already, and was build on outdated engine, so keep everything on track wouldn't be that hard, atleast for like 10 seconds maximum. :P I'm thinking about getting skse, though I'm not really like it's concept... Dude, do you need always to update it, along with the mods you're using??
nogare321  [author] 22 Jun, 2014 @ 10:07am
Maybe, but I doubt it is possible. The game engion has to keep track of everthing for that to work. Not just now, but also everthing past. Skyrim wasn't built to do that.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 22 Jun, 2014 @ 9:41am
maybe people just haven't come up with conclusion on how to do it. :P
nogare321  [author] 22 Jun, 2014 @ 9:35am
? If you mean slowing time for everything except you, that is what my mod does... If you mean reversing time. That is not possible.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 22 Jun, 2014 @ 5:35am
D: I've saw some video of slowing time down though, while moving in recent time
nogare321  [author] 20 Jun, 2014 @ 4:49pm
No, Sorry. The game engion would not support that.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 20 Jun, 2014 @ 1:56am
damn, I prefer the the spells... I'm curious if it's possible to also make mods to slow the time while moving in present time AND REVERSE time while moving in present (ala TimeShift) ??
nogare321  [author] 19 Jun, 2014 @ 9:33pm
Put on the ring, and time will stop. You don't need anything else to use that.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 19 Jun, 2014 @ 12:13am
That is horrible... :( Anyway, does this mod atleast have time freeze stuff, or maybe something like chronokinesis to manipulate time?? :P
nogare321  [author] 18 Jun, 2014 @ 10:31pm
Sorry, no. SKSE is used instead of the steam version. When you use a mod with SKSE, you only use the SKSE.exe launch.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 18 Jun, 2014 @ 9:41pm
Google translator is the worst possible translator, it not only twist words wrongly and doesn't know most phrases, but as well not always translate words right... From what I found, SKSE will be like a second launch, but is it possible to simple upgrade Skyrim without having two launcher, the one skse.exe without workshop button and even icon on it?
nogare321  [author] 18 Jun, 2014 @ 6:21pm
@ Jitterskull:

Use google translator! It works ok for most languages. I don't know what you mean by a youtube video. There isn't one. SKSE is located at: skse.silverlock.org . Anything I give you will not be as good as the creaters of SKS, which is why I'm trying to point you their way.

To install my mod, just subscribe above. For the extended effects, use SKYUI and SKSE.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 18 Jun, 2014 @ 2:02am
Hey dude, I'm really hate youtube videos with guide, and that one was really horrible.... Plus, to be honest, I really don't speak english verbally as I learned it through chat... :( So, can you please give me some instructions how to install it and etc, please???
nogare321  [author] 17 Jun, 2014 @ 7:58pm
@ jitterskull:

SKSE= skyrim Script Extender. It gives modders more options. To install SKSE, you only need to copy some files to your skyrim folder. You just need to follow the instructions included with the SKSE download.

To get SKSE, hover over the links in my description.
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 17 Jun, 2014 @ 12:42pm
How do I install it btw... Do I need administration priveleges to install that??
Pr.Jitterskull - best bug fixer 17 Jun, 2014 @ 12:41pm
what is SKSE??
Chukkool 27 Jan, 2014 @ 5:31am

nogare321  [author] 25 Jan, 2014 @ 6:08pm

Chukkool 25 Jan, 2014 @ 9:19am
where do i get the ring
Blast Lord 22 Jan, 2014 @ 11:50am
@Nogare321 well if your interisted just let me or our group leader DaRealSlenderMan know.
nogare321  [author] 22 Jan, 2014 @ 9:33am
@Blast Lord:
I just work on small mods whenever I have the time. I'm not really interested right now in working on big projects.
Thanks for the offer, but not at this time.
Blast Lord 21 Jan, 2014 @ 8:59pm
@Nogare321 we help out together on modding don't like to see modders working alone but as a team on a mod which make the mods much faster to finish.
