Update: 20 Jan, 2014 @ 2:01pm

Update 2.0:
-Removed all rings except the Time Master ring.
-Removed the health, stamina damage effects.
-Set the slow time effect to be 1000x slower then normal game speed.
-Added a Time Master Protection ability.
-Added an MCM menu to control the above ability

The Time Master Protection ability (TMPa) will only fire while the Time Master ring is in your inventory (you need to wear it once) and your health drops below 20% (can be changed in the MCM). If these requirements have been met, then when you are hit by a weapon a 2 second slow time effect will fire to give you more time to heal and react.
Warning: The effect will only work if the hit you recieve doesn't kill you. I'd recomend that low level characters raise the value to 50%, or do not rely on the spell saving you.

This change will still work if you don't have SKSE or SkyUI installed, you just lose TMPa or access to the MCM settings.

Update 1.7:
Added two more rings.
Time Master and Time Cheater (only available through the console) are for people who do NOT have Dawnguard installed.

Time Slower and Time Slow Cheater (only available through the console) are for people who have Dawnguard.

Time Master and Time Cheater have had their slow time effect reduced back to approximately zero. I've tested both sets and they work for me. If people with Dawnguard use my mod could you let me know how well it works? Arrows should move, just very slowly, but people should not.

Update 1.6:
Dawnguard doesn't seem to like the slow time effect to be zero, so I've had to speed it up. Please let me know if you still have problems with Dawnguard.

Update 1.5:
Due to the problem of the player now dying if they wear the ring to long, I've made the player remove the ring once the health bar is less than 10% of the total health. For some reason this does not seem to take effect on rings that have been in use prior to update 1.5.

To fix this you just have to drop and then pick up the ring again.

Update 1.4:
Try's to make the ring less over powered by sapping health and stamina from the player. Magicka still regenerates.

For those who don't like this update, I've included a ring with only the freeze time effect. You can get it through the console by typing help "Time Cheater".

Update 1.3:
Modifies the speed of the slow time effect. It is basically down to zero, so most traps and actors should appear to not move. However, arrows, spells, and some flying things still move, just very slowly.

Also, part of the dungeon that I am building for the quest is included with the mod, which is why it is so much larger then build 1.2.

Update 1.2:
I've changed the ring so it can't be disenchanted as I intend to make this the reward from a dungeon quest eventually. For those who have disenchanted it already, there are some items that will accept this enchantment; they just won’t have the sound effects of the ring.

Update 1.1:
Placed a ring in Breezehome in front of the fire pit.
