Catsy
good map
got traped twice.
1st I saw the timer on the panel.
so when it opened, I rushed in, then it closed (where the laser & reflector are)
good solution to this area.
2nd time, I got between the 2 laser fields & 2 fizzlers.
I tried to move the cube to block the other laser, with floor portals. oops.
resulting in no lasers blocked & traped.
quicksave to the rescue :)
I did enjoy this map & had a feeling of making progress, through most of it.
no frustration.
difficulty not to hard, about right for me to enjoy.
killing the 3 turrets was a bit awkward, due to visiblity, the pedestal position & timer, combo.
I liked the way that we use the 1st area, to solve the last part.
thumbs up

Pros:
• Lots to do;

Cons:
• Overall design is a bit of a hodgepodge;
• 'Gotcha' turret toward the end;

'Black' glitch present

Glitch: On one run I wound up trapped behind the door that opens to let the laser out in the second room and had to restart the level (I forgot that lasers can shoot through glass, and was trying everything else..)

A nice map but the moving walkway isn't needed to complete it

There's portal surface above the wall section that opens for the light bridge that can be accessed from the other side of the goo

Thanks! I'm sure there are plenty better, but I do like how this one came out.

Just started plyaing the user-made chambers today, but this is by far the best of the ones I've tried.

Yeah, I laid out the puzzle structure in PeTI, then in Hammer I cleaned up the brush mess, added some details like the corners and security cameras, and performed major surgery on all the indicator light paths.

Ah. It looks like a PeTI map from the screenies, but the rounded corners were a nice touch.

Clipping tool in Hammer.

How did you do those rounded corners?
