Solution : Turn on Out of sight and decrease the Desirability Mod to 0.1 , it will not spawn any minion but always spawn boss.

Found a small problem, the boss does not spawn unless all players stand in the center of the map.

This map zed spawn too slow, when a player approach the center tower, the zed just stop spawning.

I figured out why the boss took so long to spawn, will have it fixed tomorrow 8/14/16.

I was able to get ontop of the invisible walls that were there. Yes, I'm on the beta.

Are you running this on the KF2 Beta SWAT release? That might explain the 3 bosses. I'm going to change the catwalks that lead out from the center to match the others. You should not have been able to get up there as there are blockers, I'll check that too. Thanks for the info.

A very nice map. Very simple.

I would lower the railings, if you can, to make it easier to jump over and I was able to DBS jump onto the roof by the railings closest to the top doors.
