Its still Comaptaible with all previous version soo no reason to upload it as a new one...
It does that beacause it was created for A14. It still works perfectly in A16 though, just ignoring the games warning.
But the source code is here
https://github.com/NiklasWilson/rimworld_sterileWall
If your talking about duct pipes from another mod like redist heat mod, I can't add compatible for any of those mods atleast not without extreme effort on my part and possible adding requirments for you guys However I think it would be fairly easy for those mod creators to make a little patch mod that makes it work.
im trying to do the sterile light mod myself but im stuck
Ok, the only thing you have to do is to add <li>NW_sterileWall</li> in the <thingDefs> list inside the <compClass>CommunityCoreLibrary.CompRestrictedPlacement</compClass> section of every wall object in the .xml
@luis Once im no longer sick I will work on making an auto door for this, but honestly I figued using the silver auto door was just fine, do you really want a building object on the structure menu just for sterile auto-doors?
@Silveressa I would like to do that, I really want to make compatiable with those external vents from another mod, but havn't figured out which mod added them.
@Morgolz let me know if it needs to be done on my end.
I'll see if that's fixable on my end.
Ill post a comment in here once it is on the workshop.
I will create it either tonight or tomorrow.
You could make it so it increases immunity gain speed by the same amount the vitals monitor does
lol that wiki is almost entierly about water sanitzation, and considering that mecury is needed im not sure how human safe this is when not being used on water sanitation, since its messing with DNA of cells.
but I think I will implement this

Loks like that uses the same concept and is bsasically a lamp meant to be around patients, so good find. I will add it this weekend. (It will be a stand alone mod)

@Azinai I would make that, be fairly easy to create but I don't think its a real thing. Could you provide a real world example of a light that can do this without burning the people in the same room as it.....
I guess I could add a bug killing light bulb those really exist... and if your killing flys/mosiqutes that makes the room more sanitairy...... Bought 5 of these a couple of days ago to install in my backyard there LED and use 9W to create as much light as a standard 60W while also killing bugs.
Yes....cheap...but kills your own people as they stand near it.
Like maybe:
Air purifer
Air Cleaner
Air filtration System
(Those first three may all be the same thing)
Something that kills dust mites?
Not really sure what else there is, feel free to list some ideas in here, would like to add some passive power consuming objects.
Decontamination show does sound cool, maybe ill look into adding that. That would need to also elminate radation though.
Reference link if your interested. the First two sentences really explain it pretty well.

Or are you asking for the walls to create a sterile effect?
I do intend to make the walls have an effect on how sterile the room is, but I have not gotten around to it. Walls do not have this as an option, so I will need to write some real code (instead of edditing some XML), to make walls have this effect on a room. This weekend I will take a look into making this happen.
Saw that on forums, and confirmed there are no tags in the code that would allow to set that, plus if you go compare on the wiki, its never provided.
Do they insulate well?
Not sure how to answer that... Honestly didnt know there was a difference in wall insualtion. Ill take a look at the code for them and other walls to see if there is a way to set that.
