Oh OK. To be honest I think the file is binarized so it can't be edited. Sorry about that. Here is the template for the FOB by a guy called Sixgun. It's pretty cool and can be used in your own missions.

I would like to be able to put this for multiplayer and be able to edit it or take all the content and put it in my mission, but it can't not open in the editor

Start it from the singleplayer menu or host a local game and choose it from the mission list

Oh that's the ACOG sight from the RHS mod. If you go into mod options in the pause menu you can enable 3D scopes and that's how they look. There's a PiP setting too, but i prefer 3D.

Smoke grenades can now be enabled for each killhouse via the laptops. They last 30 seconds so will need enabling each time you run the course and reset the targets. This should improve the fps around the base for some people. Cheers.

Yeah I'll do something a little more interesting with it in future versions. I may make it an option you can toggle with the laptop for an extra challenge. Glad you liked it!

It's a fantastic scenario! Only thing I dislike is the smoke grenade. It fucks with the framerate too much, in my opinion.

I've not been able to test this properly in multiplayer so if you could let me know about any bugs you find and I will try and fix them. This is still a work in progress but it should be functional. Cheers!
