I've got all of your mods added/enabled including the core but my solar grids and custom standing lamps just disappear after constructing them. Send Help!

not sure why, but I'm getting a LOT of failed construction whenever my augmented (bionic) character builds these now... Make a super cyborg and they could not build it at all

Although I'd rather try and find my own solution and only look at other peoples mods when there is a code conflict. But I alrdy have a few ideas in mind, don't worry!

And thanks for that recommendation ... Although I'd rather not jump to cannibalism from the get go xP

That skylight which comes from Mars musky edition is buildable on all roofed tiles with exception of walls, vents, coolers, comms console and geothermal vents (not powerplants themselves) so they aren't taking up space for anything else. Only issue is, they are visible, which is bad, but my assumption is that it's possible to make them only visible when power tab is open in architect?

I recommend a sea ice biome for a quick and painful playthrough to get back in shape in terms of sadism. x)

Haha, in some aspects I guess I have?

I alrdy have wall lights, so I can easily take the code from there, and try to find something to check wether or not you are in a mountain.
Boom done.

However, this will take up a spot for something else, like chairs and whatnot.
So I'll not be happy with that.
Thus I'd like it to behave similar to floors, or some other mechanic... need to think about it.
And prob play the game.... as its been a looooong time and the code as well as the game changed so much!
But like I said, keeping it in mind =)

That sucks man! But... doesn't it mean you'll have MORE time now? ;D

There's this skylight thing that only can be built on constructed roof. So how about you just take your solar panels here, make them only visible the way conduits are visible when the tab is opened and make them like that skylight, non-obstructing, buildable on roof only?

They won't be as pretty unfortunatelly and that awesome effect of power-output indicating will be for naught but... solar roof!

(Also note in vanilla, lamps were available in tribal without researching electricity... Thats gone now :p )

Thanks for the credit in the update. Butshouldn't they require the solar panel research?
