Are they are immune to melee damage or something? I can literally do no melee damage, even with a big ass melee spinner. They just get bonked and take no damage while other ships actually take damage. Not only that but severe damage.

Do you take recommendations for faction ideas? For a long time I've wanted to make one, but just don't have the skill. Basically the faction spit from the Farmers, banned for genetic engineering. They rely mosty on their many different plants they engineered. Some give resorces, some attack, some are like light-weight armor, and they grow them on there ships and terrain. They have pretty light armor, medium speed, and not many weapons. I don't even know if it's 100% possible, but I love your mods and have every faction of yours downloaded, so If I were to trust anyone with this idea it would be you. I understand if you can't or won't use the idea, or busy with other things. I just thought I'd ask.
