Opposite of the Crystalline; Glasstaline

Description
This mod adds a brand new faction to the game. It's the Crytalline faction's opposite; the Glasstaline.

Lore:
The Crystalline faction lives deep in the center of their home galaxy, adapted to resist the radiation that emits from the Core. However, a fleet of Crystalline traversed too close to the Core, and discovered a new faction on the other side: the Glasstaline. Relying on light and durable armor, rather than their fragile main hull, the Glasstaline are sharp as knives and highly resourceful.

Features:
  • Adds 32 new spaceships and stations for your world.
  • Adds several new map regions of variety including this new faction.
  • Unlock and play as them!
  • Rather than being durable tanks, the Glasstaline are fast and melee-capable.
  • Shields, Missiles, and a nuclear Drone.
  • Healing beams.
  • Powerful charging weapons.
  • Long-range PD
  • Starter ship has a factory.

V 1. we know what a glass cannon is 2. they are very melee focused and want to have a lot of thrusters and also want to just charge into things. and melee them. so they are tanky but also powerful. kinda tanky...

Are Glassalines work like "glass cannons"?
Glass Cannon = unit with INCREDIBLY HIGH damage and very fragile armor.

Are they are immune to melee damage or something? I can literally do no melee damage, even with a big ass melee spinner. They just get bonked and take no damage while other ships actually take damage. Not only that but severe damage.

Do you take recommendations for faction ideas? For a long time I've wanted to make one, but just don't have the skill. Basically the faction spit from the Farmers, banned for genetic engineering. They rely mosty on their many different plants they engineered. Some give resorces, some attack, some are like light-weight armor, and they grow them on there ships and terrain. They have pretty light armor, medium speed, and not many weapons. I don't even know if it's 100% possible, but I love your mods and have every faction of yours downloaded, so If I were to trust anyone with this idea it would be you. I understand if you can't or won't use the idea, or busy with other things. I just thought I'd ask.
