I think it would look better without the bandolier, considering that there are other cosmetics that do the same it wouldn't be a new idea.

You may want to add a stronger bumpmap to make the scales look more shaded and separated. looks good nonetheless.

v you can still see pretty much the amount of team coloring as you would with the normal heavy

I think it needs some team coloring on the uoper body, back and front. Or something the like. It covers too much of the Heavy's body usually used to identify their alignment.

The Sharpened Volcano Fragment and Sun on a Stick are both from Dota as well, so I think it can get away with that. Plus, Heavy needs more medieval cosmetics.
