Faster speed, less turns for expansion!

X * 1.33(3) = 133,33(3)% (increased speed of expansion)

Veeti_U, if you multiply the number by 0.33(3), you reduce speed and slow down the expansion of the boundaries.

actually its 0.3333333333...

one third is .3333 not .3 :-)
