Quick cultural expansion

Description
Cultural boundaries of the city will spread by one-third faster. Compatible with any version of Civilization 5 and most other modifications.

For example, without this modification, the city will receive a new tile per 10 turns. After enabling this modification, the city will receive a new tile per 7 turns.



Культурные границы города расширяются на треть быстрее. Совместимо с любой версией Цивилизации 5 и большинством других модификаций.

Faster speed, less turns for expansion!

X * 1.33(3) = 133,33(3)% (increased speed of expansion)

Veeti_U, if you multiply the number by 0.33(3), you reduce speed and slow down the expansion of the boundaries.

actually its 0.3333333333...

one third is .3333 not .3 :-)
