Also, thanks for the kind words! :D You have no idea how few maps there are on the workshop that actually work with this :P
1. It doesn't seem here (or in nightmare) that you're using nav-lockers on the doors, which is a must have for the zombies to path-find properly.
2. Zombies will often get stuck (from jumping) in door frames, most noteably near spawn, You'll want to make the nav areas there as no-jump zones.
