it's an interior cell - look for a door near the tower.

this is a pretty awesome mod with great potential. the arena needs some more, how'd you calll it, furnitures so it looks better (in my opinion)

If an important character gets spawned into the arena and killed, does it affect the actual game?

i use factions for NPC attacking other NPC. (I made this mod rather quickly in response to my other arena mod's user preference).

Are you able to pit NPCs (Falmer, Draugr, Dwarven Spiders, ect.) against eachother?

A NAZEEM ROYALE!
NAZEEMS FIGHTING TO THE DEATH!!!!

It'll improve the immersion levels of the game by 100%.

This mod has potential! a bit too plain though, scale the arena down a bit to make it seem less empty.
