This is an Arena Mod (it does not require any DLC). The Arena can be found near Markarth and a Tower. You can either place bets of 100 Gold each on either team, OR fight both teams in the Arena yourself (and earn rewards by killing both opponents). You can freshen up in the Below Arena room and heal with a Mage Statue. You can also set the fights from the Control Tower or in the Arena. Note: their armor may appear invisible at first but later appears when using the Control twice. There is a Automaton food vendor in the Below Arena room.
