After I placed the first blue cube (always better if there's a sight line to the result of blue cubes) and going back down (nice return path), I got stuck and had no idea how to progress. Should I have kept the blue cube to use on a door and then re-used it again later up top? It wasn't clear.
Thanks for the updates ... it's so much better. Let me know if you update again. Thanks!
And I only found one switch for the final door. I searched for 5 minutes and then just entered through the ceiling. I'm pretty experienced at finding hidden stuff, but I just didn't see it.
So this might totally be my fault, but it's something that happened to me.
Lots of holes in the ground. I get that it's supposed to have a ruined aesthetic, but not all holes in the ground have to kill you. I didn't die because of that, but I had to pay lots of attention to the floor, which is a pity since the level looks really nice.
The window for grabbing the second cube is very small and you have to know what's going to happen before you get there, so you are basically forced to die once. another savestone right before the ride would make that less of a problem.
The biggest problem I had with the level was the platforming difficulty. It usually wasn't hard to figure out where to go or what to do, but doing that was sometimes quite an ordeal. This includes the diagonal fan, the missable moving platform and the green cube area.
This isn't necessarily bad, it is just something I personally dislike, since in my opinion this game is more about exploring and solving riddles instead of timed first person platforming.
Also, it is possible to reach a dead end: Once you open the door to the ending portal it is possible to activate a fan. Jumping into said fan can blow you into an alcove, preventing you from leaving.

I like the architecture - and I really would like to finish this level, so please let me know if you make any changes. :) Thanks!
