Just a few cosmetic changes.
Replaced the red fizzler with a simple grate as I thought it clashed with the asthetic of the map and since the puzzle is so large and involves moving between floors constantly I want to keep the possible player death scenarios to a minimum.
You can no longer jump on the panel blue gel as I removed the cage and moved the panel one block deeper and covered it with a grate.
Ok, so to deal with the exploits wildgoose mentioned I basically removed the portal surfaces right next to the ledge with the second cube dropper. Blue gel has been pre-placed on the walls where the portal surfaces were removed. I would try to do something with angled panels here, but I'm literally at the object limit for this map.
I also editted the top floor a bit, added a red fizzler to prevent another exploit I had found earlier, and added a light to make it easier to find a certain easter egg :P.

Also, I think there are two ways to get the two cubes over to the exit. I think you want me to coat a ceiling with blue gel near the exit but I was able to do some clever things with blue gel to control my fling momentum . If you are unsure what I mean, I'll do another broadcast to show you.
Other than those two things I found, very nice map.
To get rid of the 1st to 2nd floor cheat, move th shaft a little away from the cage with blue gel.
As for the skipping floors thing, for the most part you still have to follow the puzzle to get the cubes anyway. So I don't think it's too much of a problem, but I can look into it some more. But if I need to, I could always just put a red laser grill in the hole the blue gel falls, and have the button on the 3rd floor turn it off. :P
Though I do admit that it's quite difficult. It's very easy to get to the 3rd floor using only 1 cube and no gel. The test has become more confusing, I'll have to do it again. The Companion Cube is now hidden too well. I hardly noticed it the first time when I was bouncing between those walls. It's impossible to find it now if you haven't found it already, imho. There is a tiiiiny possibility that somebody looking for it would be able to notice this white-ish frame in the dark corner and will guess that it's possible to get in there.
+ Added a bit more to the end :P
+ Path to the second cube is back to placing blue gel, and should be cheat proof (but I know some of you will still try, but that's what the turrets are for ;P)
+ A few height changes, as there was a way to get to the top floor from the second. There is also a way to get to the third floor without using the cube, but it's messy, harder to pull off, and you'll need the cube immediately after anyway. So there's that :P
- Companion cube removed (don't worry Fet, it's still in the same spot)
It's barely visible now.
You better tell me where it is in the 5th chamber, please.
Also the button on the second floor now controls both angled ceiling panels (second and third floor) So you'll need one cube on each level to get to the top floor. :P
Full release, along with quite a few changes :P
+ Aesthetics and lighting
+ A LOT of grating added, mostly for aesthetics, but also prevent annoyance with missplaced blue gel.
+ Two buttons on third floor now, one controls emancipation grill to second floor, the other controls the angled ceiling panel (similar to the button on the second floor)
+ Button on second floor controls angled ceiling panel instead of the angled panel on floor
+ Grating and portal surfaces added to area around second cube to prevent cheating
Note: if you are in mid-bounce using gel, a grate covered wall with gel on it will continue to bounce you, however it will not bounce you if you try to start on the grated area first.
- Companion Cube Removed
