I actually didn't make it! I got it from the Wiki here: http://civilization.wikia.com/wiki/Water_mill_(Civ5)

Only thing I did was use photoshop to change the +1 production to +2 :)

It looks like they took an image of pyramids and gave it a border, then dragged the Icon files around and used a custom font. I'm working on making my own graphics but it's harder than it looks.

If they don't get the base 2, then +1 should be fine. It does make them a little more start-dependent, but that's not the end of the world.

By the way, how'd you make that graphic? It looks great.

True, but I figured that the aztecs wouldn't get the extra production added to the building so I balanced it out. Should I make it just +1 on lakes?

I like the watermill changes.

On the other hand, I think you made the floating gardens too strong. I've played a lot of games as the Aztecs, and when I start near lakes, just the +2 food is enough to make me very powerful.
