got this mod purely for decoration around the base, love it. looks great having bunches of weed all over the place. would love to have proper buds on the plant though, instead it looks like clumps of male flowers when close to them but by far better than having random foundations on the ground

It is all very fixable I know where everything is, what is breaking and what needs to change for it to be fixed but my main computer has died on me and I am using a work laptop to get by; In the process of buying a new rig. Waiting on backorder of parts. However yes this will be all fixed. If anyone who wants a report when the update is deployed friendlist my user and I will send out a report when the update is being deployed. Soon a website and chat portal is in the works aswell for easier relay of information when it comes to these sorts of issues.

Hi! any info about the issues? Does it seem to be fixable? I mean for the hunger components of the some drugs. Because as i see it now, the mod is practically closer to just sleep drugs mod :D
And im dying to use every aspect of it :)

because the bug with hunger not working properly is know for alot of the items. They change how some things worked since last release of the mod (so quite a few patches back) but some of the items continued to work - why you ask? well because I used two methods of conveying the stats one was through a buff base system and the other was using the hunger and torp variables native on the item itself like how the vanilla items narcotic and stimulant use to work.That changed and as a result broke alot of the hunger based items and probably even health items. However there are a number of items that would still work to spec because I had built them under the buff framework and the item just transfers the buff/debuff to the user/target

Hottes games was the original home test server for AUS shores(not operating atm - down until the revamp is finished(Dedicated Server in Sydney, 1GBit with dual raid 0 ssds and an overclocked i7 7700k (4.8ghz) and 32GB Ram. The initial relase of this gave me alot of informaiton and data as I outlined in the previous comment the people who seem to struggle with the game are the people who work and simply can't dedicate the time(4+hr per day) to even be competitive and survive. The automation module is being implemented to address such an issue. But providing you are willing I would like to link up at some time with you to discuss further direction, ideas, vision, roadmap and how to solve possible problems we might encounter. Also every point you have made previously I completely agree with which is why this revamp has been in development hahahaha. This essentially was a taster and a test of a larger plan.

this however are all thing that are currently in build and still internal. Won't be for little while until it gets released. Alot of the early planning had very unfortunate and unforseen set backs but we are still moving forward. Just slightly slow than expected (timeline wise I had scoped end of july for the end of internal testing and a freeze on feature development to focus on bugs but because of the many set backs we have had it has lost alot of development time so the release date is looking more pushed to the end of Q3 or even early Q4.

Other things I have covered are devices to allow automation with structures. Sort of like a simplified factorio or buildcraft in a way in order to allow for a shift in focus from consistently grinding resources to building automation systems for those resources. There are a few mods out there that already do automation but they cut to many steps out of the loop and it makes it op but if you make more like factory requirement (factorio/buildcrafty) then you will add a gameplay mechanic loop that will pull the player base away from the idea of resource grind gameplay - the next phase of this mod is to make ark more viable for a casual crowd and not for the people that can sink 6-8hrs plus each day into it to succeed while still allowing such player types to still exist just in a different form.

3D models are different to graphic designers - i have 2 graphic designers already but they are not able to cross spec. Although I already had alot of your suggestion already on the list of things to do. Like I have previously said there is a complete revamp going on - things like volcano fire fauna and flora, desert rare legendary flowers, vine flowers (un-named at this stage), doomcap mushrooms; the darts have already been reduced as far as hunger (and a slight tweak on the torp) goes and the recipes have been completely rebalanced (well still tweaking to get a nice play curve). The seeds icons however was not something I had listed as something to fix. I will be adding it to the list to revamp the icons.

...... I test your mod at this moment, and even in admin I galley. The idea is the and is great, but I had several back saying that 'was too hard and too rough, so I test it. Sure enough it's a great idea but too complicated. Because too many crafts that ask themselves crafts that demand themselves crafts I think it should limit this to about 3 cycle for the most powerful. To keep the difficulty just demands more drugs but diminishes their diverse. Already there he will have more success.

I also advise you to boost the speed of craft in the table ..... it is already very hard to craft the ammunition, maybe even too much, it requires a lot of plants. To reduce the hunger of dinos to tamer, you will be able to insert a drug, which will reduce hunger, to use as a narcotic in the inventory of sleeping dino

Indeed - there is quite a bit of content to come out. The only problem is my 3d artist got cancer... so... yeh. Thats what the huge hold up has been. I've continued working on this since late april but there is only so much i can do without a 3d artist.

Concerning the seed of underwater caves, modifies this because the modded map are now increasingly used. As well as the volcano, why not a fire plant? In the grass having around them 30 ° +

Already I advise you to put a reduction of hunger for all your dars. You can also use the plants of the abyss of the center, and the luminosity on your plants, you can also modify the icons of the seeds so that they differentiate well from the rest.

I've never tested for the center but it is on my list of things to do for the revamp, I am not sure but I'm pretty sure the centre may use the underwater cave biome set not 100% sure as this was predominately tested on the island. The delays with the revamp (development and planning has been a combination of ark dev kit problems and sourcing 3D artists) if anyone knows someone who is willing to cooperate with development on this mod who is proficient at 3D modeling I am actively searching.

On SP I can change every setting through GameUserSetting.ini or Game.ini or directly with console commands like "slomo 10" for 10x day cycle speed.

oh right well the zunse bean is REALLY rare(by design) but does eventually spawn on plant species X at least a couple of months back it was(January, February).

Yes, Euglena Cell are in crystals from underwater caves and bloodspike from underwater oil veins (you can get a lot of this using a Dunkleo) I never get a Zunse Bean so far, so I get it trough cheat command to see how it work.

Cheers mate and no resource stacks shouldn't interfere as it wouldn't know to increase the stacks of this mods items. This is interesting - I may have to test this further when i relaunch urge mod - because i do know I didn't test the crops as heavily as other things. Um also if your in single player you wont be able to turn up the crop speed high enough to make testing the euglena cell and bloodspike and the crops in general not painful and take days. (Real Days)

Yes, stack doesn't should to vary if there are no other mod that affect this resources (I'm using "Resource Stacks" mod but this only change vanilla resources). I will do some test and take some screenshots to you.

Wait no thats the zunse bean I believe comes from plant species X, Off the top my head Euglena i believe spawns through crystals in specifically underwater caves.

indeed the crop speed is something you will want to turn wayyyy all the way up there just right up there and you will be able to see whats going on because if it stacks in your inventory it will stack in the crop plot

No, it always been the case, but in my inventory bloodspike can stack up to 100 and poppy up to 50 for example.
Ok, I will try to increase the production speed in the S+ ini settings and/or global config and see what happen.

Try altering crop speeds in game.ini (i think thats where that setting is) and jacking it up to see if you get more seed producing. Because i know i set Euglena Cell to a RIDICULOUS time scale due to at the time wanting severe scarcity of the cell; in hindsight i think i probably went overboard which is one of the things that will be pull back into line when I return to development(Penciled in for June - Already have started planning on the restructure).

Is this a recent issue or has it always been the case? The stacking problem does it hold true in player inventory? also if there are more empty slots as I used a linked blueprint so the blueprints should update automatically according to one of the crop seed bases and they should behave like standard seeds; which makes me think either something broken that function in recent ARK patches OR patience is required for further testing as it sounds like maybe they are only doing the intial final tier harvest drop and taking a very long time to drop more.

Hi shinooni, thanks for this mod.
I have some issues with crops stacks,

Euglena Cell, Bloodspike and Sassafrass doesn't stack.
Lemon Balm, Falitat, Mugwort, Poppy, St Johns Wart and Zunse Bean does 1 or 2 stacks and stop harvesting, even when there are more empty slots.
Tested with default and S+ crop plots (small, medium and large)

@ღAylisaღ What do you mean? if you mean when you go to harvest berries from general plants will you get normal berries as well; yes you can get normal berries through the standard means of harvesting.

I will soon be returning to further develop this mod - during which time the recipes will be overhauled. Some things will change others will stay the same; since some things need to be challenging to achieve due to their effects.(eg. euglena pill and zunse concoction are ridiculously powerful when used in the right situation)
