@Bushido, yes it is playable (very much so). I still would like to tweak a few things FLAVOR settings and such, but I am fairly happy with it. If you have questions/issues, let me know I can take a look.

By the orbital unit moving is more like the launch complex itself, where the rocket that usually launches the satellite from the city moves on land tiles, not orbital tiles, another drawback is the fact that the satellite in this state can't launch unless it's in a city (the city tile itself ex: Zion). So yeah, unless someone is able to configure the code to either be able to move on the orbital layer (which would be awesome) or for the satellite to be able to be launched on the tiles out side of the main city.

I found a mod by Paweu, where he uses the Tacjet as a unit. I have been able to get this to work for my Recon flyer, just cleaning a few things up before I post.

So for now the Recon Flyer will be a tacjet.

The Orbital movement may present a few cool ideas. - One (though not sure how to script it) is have an improved spy satallite constantly moves (though only present a small swath).

I was playing yesterday with the "Solar Collector" script, and I noticed that there was a line of code that said <Immobile>True<Immobile>. As it turns out, If you change the code from "true" to "false" you can have your satellite move on tiles like a land unit! Also, have you tried using DOMAIN_HOVER and <UnitArtInfo>Unit_Art_Tacjet<UnitArtInfo>?

When I try to add it, the unit shows up, but it appears as Marines. So yeah something with AIR_DOMAIN units is issue.

I tried using the tac-jet as a model once (messing around with the models) but for some reason the unit didn't appear in the build menu/research tree. So i'm not sure if this is a bug from vanilla, or if some other mod or file was conflicting with the tacjet file.

Ok found a cool sponsor image and changed the Sponsor name to give credit to the image.

Thanks for input, I think it would be too much a Deus Ex mod at that point, would like to try and keep it spy focused, but will take a look at trying to find more appropriate sponsor.

Though could possibly create another Sponsor/Faction which is Deus Ex (non-spy favored).

@CR: thanks, yeah may not be the best, but definitely open to suggestions. Being Spies, was thinking M from the James bond series, but wasn't sure if that was over the top. Also I'm seeing my Sponsor graphic is missing - need to check into that.

I was going to suggest to the name the sponsor ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) but seeing as you have a building that is called Naval Intelligence, that's probably not the best name for a sponsor

I had a problem with the promotion icon being displayed when it shouldn't and I was unable to delete units. It was going great until around turn 37 when my explorer found a sea creture and I couldn't delete it.

Sorry , They use WHITE/RED color schema, and Ras'Al Ghul is the leader. Only used AJ for graphic as their isn't a whole lot of information on Global Sedition. Again was/am going for spy(Steal tech) theme, so open for suggestions.

A: What color tiles are they? Judging by the fact that you have Adam Jensen from Deus Ex, Im guessing it is a yellow/orange color? B: Who is their leader? C: Can you add some images and the Sponser Emblem? Thanks!

Ah, forgot it also adds a new spacecraft (GS-Proteus-1) which allows Retro Thrusters and Coastline scanning. - Figured if a tech so evolved to travel to another planet, 1 they should have already scanned it prior to heading there (or even as they were approaching) and should be able to adjust course to land where they want to.
